Decent for a overnight stay but expected more for the price.

Property was decent and easily accessible.

The room was musky; some areas were not cleaned or vacuumed well; air conditioner did not perform well at all; vending machines were sold out and would not return money put in; not enough linens/towels provided for a family of four as documented on booking.

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Shower had not been from the previous night and only had 1 set of towels. TV was hard to work. Evening desk clerk was totally frazzled, as we weren't the only room with problems.

nice hotel and accommodations except for room key incident

easy to find, near to the events we were attending

another customer was given a room key to our room. the customer opened the door to our room and immediately left. contacted front desk and was informed our room number was mistakenly keyed for our room. desk clerk apologized for the inconvenience. I had teenage girls on this trip who were a little nervous about safety. Except for this mistake everything else was nice and clean.

won’t stay here again.

wasn’t very clean. looked like the elevator had not been vacuumed in weeks. had to wait for someone to come to the desk to check us in for over 10 minutes! Finally came up there after I started calling the hotel and told her I was waiting at the front. The room was just ok… bed was horrible like a brick and had hair all over it.

Friendly staff and room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Hot tub had only 1 working jet. TV remote battery was dead & they had none to replace it.

The room was comfortable. Staff was super nice.

The tolet paper was so bad . My husband said the air conditioner sounded like a washing machine

It was ok.

The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was nice.

I reserved a room with a king bed received a room with two queens. The TV was full of static because the cord attaching it to the dish box was messed up. This is a problem when traveling with kids.

I know everyone is short staffed right now, but cleanliness was not acceptable.

It was a bed to sleep in. Breakfast was acceptable. Has potential to be a decent hotel, but the upkeep is not up to my standards.

The room smelled horrible. Carpet both in the room and throughout the hotel desperately needed vacuumed. Bathroom counters and shelves had not been wiped down (dust and debris). Ugly spot on the wall where a picture had been removed but not replaced. Would not stay here again.
