It's a very cute converted house with 4 rooms. We stayed in the room facing Remington. Parking is assigned and this is super because we didn't need to worry about trying to park on Campus -- and we were in town to tour campus. The hosts communicated often via text to check on our stay and that was nice because we felt loved, but not overly interrupted by their checking. Free beer in the fridge (along with coffee and tea).
We bought a loaf of bread to eat and needed to slice it with a non-serrated knife (this is such a minor thing and I'm sure it's already -- or soon to be -- remedied). There's a fire pit, but it wants a real fire built in it. If it had been a gas log, we'd have fired it up and hung out around it.

Very comfortable, felt like home. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook, they even have a vegetable garden to pick your own fresh veggies! The outdoor seating area is very relaxing. We enjoyed the walk ability to stores & restaurants.

There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay feel like a home away from home. The property is thoughtfully laid out. It was the perfect balance of a private stay with the feel of a bed and breakfast. Can’t wait to return!

Bright, clean, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable bed, convenient, and whimsical!
There was NOTHING I didn’t love about Remington Flats.

Anne and Doug checked in each day to see if we needed anything. We were also happy to find coffee, tea and beer in the kitchen. If the weather had been warmer it would have been great to spend time in the garden area which had a very nice meeting area.
We were three adults so one of us had to sleep on a rollaway bed. It was quite uncomfortable.
There was a loud buzzing noise which I initially thought was coming from the refrigerator but later figured out was coming from one of the radiators. I think it was just old and needs to be replaced.

The bed was super comfortable. We only stayed a night but this place is set up nicely for a longer stay. It was very clean. They were able to accommodate an early check-in. Excellent communication from the time I booked the room to the time we checked out! This would be an ideal place if you had several families needing a place to stay and could each stay in one of their available rooms (reunion, wedding, etc.). Great thought and attention to detail when decorating! So much better than a hotel, in my opinion. Close proximity to CSU and Old Town! I already look forward to the next time I can stay here!
I'm guessing the original glass plate in the microwave broke and they had to sub in a new one which doesn't fit so when using it to re-heat our coffee it rattled. A minor inconvenience, really. I could hear the train go by in the wee hours. Neither one of these would've kept me from booking again though.

Everything was great. Room was clean, cozy and overall cool. We had everything in our room. Not too far from downtown. Parking was easy and our host communicated with me daily.
That I have not been there sooner.

I didn’t have the breakfast. I didn’t know about it. It was really nice stay to drop off my kid at CSU.
It was really expensive and pretty far from the dorm because all the traffic. I would have been better off if I knew my way around Fort Collins.

This place was so adorable, comfy, and perfect what what we needed for the night. The location was great and close to everything. Loved this place more than most short stay places I have rented in the past.
