The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was friendly. The TV didn't work but we ended up getting a discount because of it.
The pool water was kinda gross looking, the TV didn't work but like I said above they did give a discount because of that. The key cards were a struggle, you had to fight with it a lot. A couple of times we had to have help getting the doors open because the cards just wouldn't work.

The bed was low and hard. Breakfast is an extra charge.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds.
The carpet in the hallways was stained & needed cleaning. A few bleached out spots. The price was premium & I have stayed here before. It was not like this when I stayed a few years ago. They definitely need to replace the carpet on the 2nd floor…

Great location and nice lobby
Dog treats at the counter...poor taste. Treats for humans weren't provided at the counter. Got water and snack after check-in. Pool not open, machines down in fitness center since March. Asked for add'l wash cloths on 2nd day, but none available. Need blackout curtains for entire window. Had to stay on first floor, and it appeared someone was trying to look in.

Overall, my stay at the Hilton was okay. The common areas, the parking lot and the room was clean. The stars of the hotel in my eyes were the BREAKFAST FOLKS. They were 5-star ***** in my opinion. They greeted me, were pleasant to deal with, and the food was delicious. They are what Tennessee hospitality is all about.
The front desk was mediocre. Although, not all the front desk personnel were bad. Some of the guys gave me direction when I asked questions. But there was one girl that had trouble focusing on my questions. There was a Bowl game in town that night and they raised the price to about $230 a night about $100. The girl was on the internet on her cell phone so she did not give me her undivided attention when I asked questions. Also, I felt that I was price gouged unnecessarily during my stay. They did not clean my room once, give me fresh towels, and my room was too cold in the winter during my 3-day visit.

The location
Someone left there alarm clock on. It went off for over several hours. I finally got up and checked out early. I should have received a partial refund back.

it was a nice area, safe. clean
it’s pretty outdated for the price. I don’t think it’s worth $200 and you don’t get complimentary breakfast. staff aren’t on the same page when it comes to the rules.

Every staff member from the front desk, to maintenance, to the resistant staff was AWESOME. I have never encounter staff with such attentiveness, respect, & genuine hospitality. I would stay here again just because of the staff.
I also have never experienced having a breakfast buffet AND a cook to order option AND the staff was ready to serve either way. I did not catch the staff name that worked on 12/3/22 Morning BUT I want to sincerely THANK them so I’m hoping this review is shared with them.
I was unable to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The wall thermostat just changed nine’s but nothing changed in the room & the system by the window only worked if I turned it off then back on.
I was told, Saturday morning, that happy hour would be that evening but when I came back down at 5p I was told that happy hour did not occur on Saturdays.
The turkey sausage links were nasty.

i had an issue with my air…maintenance came up immediately to try to fix it but it didn’t work. when I called back to the front desk I was told to keep waiting for the air to kick in. luckily it was cool weekend so the temp in the room was bearable.

I book room for king but they gave me double bed

Nothing
They put us in a room with a bed and exercise equipment. No chair, no table, just smelly exercise equipment. When we asked to be switched the desk clerk told me that was what i requested. I didn’t request a room full of exercise equipment. I booked it online and there was no mention of exercise equipment. The front desk was not pleasant and very condescending when we asked to switch rooms.
