It was overall fantastic, we will definitely choose again on our next trip down to Panama City beach.

The place was very spacious so enough room for all. The beds were comfortable and there was enough linens for everyone. It was very well kept and has basically everything you need minus a few cleaning supplies. The view was amazing, a little scary at first being on the 17th floor but didn’t take long to get used to.

whoever cleans the unit should probably check the lint filter in the dryer after each stay because it was caked full, also there was no broom to sweep which we just bought a dollar tree broom

Seychelles exceeded our expectations.

The resort was easy to get to and easy access to the parking using a parking lot code. We also used a code for the door to get in. There was no front desk to deal with and no wait. property met/exceeded our expectations. the view was wonderful from the 15th floor!

The 22 hour drive home!

Liked location of resort

Not enough towels, pillows (bed) not comfortable. No broom to sweep up sand. Shower door no handle inside to close door. 2 coffee makers neither worker properly. Beach umbrella chair not included in room price. TV main room Fox News only none of 4 remotes worked.

Most everthing worked ok. The hottubs did not work most of the time.

The ceiling fans were filthy.A lot of trouble with the tvs. No password for the internet.

Our condo was nice but it could have used a good cleaning. the edges of the baseboards and floors

the door code and general directions should have been sent to our home sooner . our email provider had done up dates and we could not access our email to get the information needed. The personel who manned the phones were very nice and were able to give the information needed but my husband and I are of the older generation and we do not do technology well. It would have been nice to have had written instructions available.

NOT IMPRESSED

The best thing about the whole experience was location.

When i arrived to my room i did not receive my parking pass. Had to rush to unload with no carts availabe. Had to park at Schooners until after calling twice to Panhandle to receive my parking pass which was a big frustration. Not impressed with the pool facility at all. No lights in pool, which were extremely small. In the room one of the lamps did not work, the other light in the kitchen flickered the whole time, very poor lighting. Never was able to get the TV in the bedroom to connect, and the TV in the living room was poor quality. Only received 2 trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper for long weekend. The list of what was poor continues, no sheets for pull out, bunk beds mattress was horrible. Overall not impressed, will never recommend any of my family or friends to stay here.

Poor

Called for maintenance on the dryer and toilet was leaking for two days. No response. No one showed up. They told me someone would update me but never called. So I couldn’t wash or dry any clothes.The room smelled moldy and musty. Shower stall was broke in bathroom. Headboard on bed broke when we arrived. Refrigerator was leaking water. I called them back for maintenance but lady never returned my call. View of beach was nice.
