Breakfast was good and the staff was so sweet and accommodating. Everything was clean.

We had a few issues with checking in. My name was on one room one way and the other way on the other. This took a while to rectify. Then once we got to our rooms my mother did not have a handicapped-accessible room so we had to change. Then we were not next door. The a/c was loud and cut on and off frequently, keeping me up at night. Either very cold or stuffy. Rooms really need to be updated. It's quite tired.

Unfortunately this is more of a booking.com issue. We booked the king room to arrive to the hotel and find that a double queen was the room available. But it was a booking a few hours prior to arrival so not a big deal for us.

DeFuniak Springs is a good place to stop over.

Big room. Great bath. AC fan had fan that stayed on all night. Nice breakfast.

AC needed cleaning inside unit. It's not important, but the butter was in the refrigerator. Some should be at room temperature.

Clean, comfortable, friendly... did I mention clean?!?!

The room was very clean. Breakfast was missing eggs, but it was still wonderful! The bed was very comfortable and the staff were all sweet and helpful. It was easy to check in and out. I think I'll come back on my way home and stay here again!

Only missing eggs... that's all I have to say negative. And I'm not sure that the egg issue was something that they had any control over. :)

Loved it and will stay again !!

The breakfast was great. The options were good and LOVED the pancake machine. Also had the pleasure of talking to Joanna and she was wonderful. ALL staff was super friendly and super helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly

I was told there would be some sort if refundable $8 fee which was fine. Before the young lady left she told me I could use the $8 fee to charge snacks instead of getting the refund. Later that evening I went down to pick up snacks and the young man on duty told me the charge for the snacks was $8. I told him just to apply the $ 8 refundable fee . He gave me a nasty look, but didn't say anything . A couple of days later I saw that my card had been billed for an additional $8 for snacks. Kind if upset me but not enough to keep me from trying the hotel again

The staff was very organized and very nice and the Hotel was acceptable

If we had known the walls were paper thin we would have probably selected another hotel. We could easily hear other guests near buy who weren't speaking loudly but we could still hear them.
