The property is centrally located on the Magnificent Mile. Everything is easy to walk to. Restaurants, shopping, attractions are all within a few minutes walk. Perfect location.

Omni hotel is located in a prime area but make sure your room view is not blocked.

I like the location of the hotel in the middle of everything.

I did not like the fact our room do not have a view there is a building to close the hotel you do not have any view at all.

Great hotel, with wonderful friendly staff, and a comfortable, clean modern room.

Television options were great. Room was quiet, especially given that we were downtown. The room temp was comfortable. Finally, the room darkening shades were perfect.

The cost was a bit higher than I wanted. But, given the location downtown and it being summer, it is what it is. It would have been nice to have a complementary breakfast included in the price.

All of the stuff there were super nice and helpful, it is located in the perfect spot with plenty of stuff to do and very walkable, the rooms had amazing views and very comfortable beds

Muy buena estancia en la ciudad de los vientos.

La ubicacion del hotel; digamos que está en medio de Michigan Avenue lo que hace que los lugares de interés estén a una distancia que puedes caminar a ellos sin problema. Una ciudad se debe conocer caminando y este hotel lo hace fácil.

El Menu de desayuno del restaurante; quizá mismos ingredientes pero alguna otra variedad de platillos.

I got to relax and that was the purpose of my stay.

It’s always very nice to stay here. It is my favorite hotel in Chicago . The rooms are comfortable and I love that you can crack the window for fresh air.

Things have changed there was no champagne in the room which was one of the perks I always enjoyed it was cute and a nice way to start a vacation . Normally they communicate back when you message this time my message was never addressed. And room service wasn’t available for delivery which is literally the point of room service.

Clean comfortable and excellently located hotel ideal for travellers

Location was great. Room was good and one of bed was comfortable but the other wasn't as comfortable.

Check-in could have been better while waiting for the room, other groups seemed to get their rooms sooner. We left to eat and came back and still had to wait to be checked in.

It smelled so bad in our room. It smelled like mildew or dead animal. And they wouldn’t let us change rooms. No matter how many times they came in to spray, the smell was so bad!

Great location, actually found street parking a block away. Restaurants nearby, shopping nearby. Comfy room. Safe entrance.

There were so many extra fees and charges that the advertised price was about half what I ended up paying. I think that is par for the course in Chicago, though.

Staff were friendly - particularly the restaurant and doormen Good location

Rooms were not cleaned properly and requests for housekeeping to rectify this took an hour plus. Dated and basic room lacking any luxury

Overall, it was nice: comfortable, relatively clean, spacious, quiet, and reasonably priced.

The king bed suites were spacious, and the hotel was quiet at night.

There could be some updates to older items (wallpaper, paint, etc.) and upgrades (e.g. a lightly stained sofa and torn comforter).

The bed was super comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. I was only there for one night, so not much more to comment on.
