Convenient location but wouldn’t stay again.

The location was perfect and close to the event I was working at. The property was spacious and pretty comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Even had a crock pot which I thought was cool. The staff was accommodating and when I called Monday morning before checkout to request an extra hour as I had just worked 22 hours over the weekend and was exhausted, they had no problem with it. The pond was pretty and the ducks were very cute.

Upon getting into the room, there was a dead roach on the bathroom floor which made me a bit uncomfortable for the stay. I didn’t see anything else besides earwigs but with the crazy amount of rain over the weekend I kinda figured that’s why they were there. The dryer did not dry our clothes at all. After two cycles, I just packed them in a separate bag to rewash at home. One pool was under construction which we were told about two weeks before our stay which would have been ok if the other one was not crazy packed. I worked all weekend but my husband and kids tried to go a few times and there was a crazy amount of people packed into the pool and about 12-15 adults in the hot tub. We went after my event on Sunday night around 8:30 pm, and there were about 10 kids playing football in the pool making it hard to bring our 15 month old in and enjoy the pool without being toppled by them. There were 8 adults and a few kids in the hot tub so we couldn’t go in there either because they were drinking and smoking weed. Which I mean, to each their own, but there were kids there. There was also a horribly loud high pitched noise that wouldn’t stop. We just ended up leaving. It was ok for the weekend but I wouldn’t book again.

Our family loved the Coral Ridge property and would not hesitate to recommend them!

The location was perfect for our family. We were close enough to St. George to get the supplies we needed, but with far enough away that we just stayed in and had a fun, relaxing family weekend...and that is exactly what we wanted.

I would have liked more information about how to clean up the house before we left, but when I called the office they immediately gave me all the information I needed. The staff was FANTASTIC!

Roomy and in a great location

Such a beautiful area close to St George and hiking everywhere.

The tile and carpet were worn and cracked. Otherwise, a lively property.

Comfortable space with broken wifi

We couldn’t get the wifi to work and the management new sent anyone to fix it. Also, I was contacted multiple times before checking in asking for my email. I provided it several times but the kept asking. They wanted to send me the house code and other info. They called me as well and then just wanted me to write the info down even though I had just sent them my email again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and will book here again every year we have a tournament in St. Georg

Spacious with a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Also, a garage.

It needed better lighting.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email until I called at 4:30 pm the day of arrival. We were placed in a unit that had furniture lined up against the wall and when we moved it, there were chips and food on the ground. I had called at the time of booking and was told the upstairs bed would be larger and that room included it’s own bathroom. Because it did not, my brother and wife had to move location. There was dog hair on the kitchen table chairs which my son is allergic to. We left right after thanksgiving, a day early due to feeling uncomfortable I’ve called twice to inquire how to be reimbursed for this visit. Once the manager didn’t call back and the second time I was told you at booking. Com would be able to help. I really hope so.

Nice looking place but needs some updating.

Great location for us. Nice to have a garage to store our bicycles. Pool was nice. Neighborhood seemed clean and neat. Appliances were all adequate.

The master bed was old and worn. Needs to be replaced as it has divots and caused my back to ache. Ended up sleeping in spare bedroom upstairs. Carpeting is old/dirty and needs to be replaced. Welcome mat in front of front door was filthy. Some of the pans in the kitchen had broken handles. We saw one silverfish in the hallway.
