A perfect couple’s getaway.

Great location and walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Room was large and comfortable-we had a balcony so was great to sit out and enjoy a bottle of wine. Scenery just amazing. Breakfast was great…everything you could want. Scramble eggs and sausage were excellent.

One step above bad

Sticky floors in the bathroom. They charged an extra $10 per day .I said I have a paid receipt but that means nothing if you booked through a third party. I want that $40 back.I am 78years old and on a fixed income. This is bait and switch.

they did not put the breakfast out at 7. i asked the worker and they said any minute. i had to leave at 730 and there was still no breakfast. very disappointed.

Location is close to ArtPark. Breakfast included.

Wall AC unit did not provide great temperature control due to size of room. TV was on left of bed so made it uncomfortable to watch from bed.

Adequate and clean, but definitely overpriced and just very outdated. No luxury stay here.

Location. Exterior of building on as attractive.

Very old and outdated. Room layouts were terrible use of space. A single sink with no bathroom counter space and location of outlet was dismal. There was no closet, only a cheap coat rack. There was no full length mirror. Main lobby was tired and poorly used. There was once a bar area that is now used for daily storage and very visible to guests. The 4pm checkin is way too late for most guest and they cannot accommodate early checkin requests.

Nice location, good sized room.

Great location with a good sized room. Buffet breakfast was tasty and reasonable choices.

Room strugged to keep cool, perhaps the AC was temperature limited? Staff did find a fan to help us sleep better the second night. The wi-fi kept dropping out repeatedly, so do not plan on any streaming or meetings. I tried to have a zoom meeting but had to turn off the camera to be able to try and stay connected.

Would stay again!

Beautiful hotel close to many restaurants and shopping. Located right by the river with beautiful views. Large rooms.

New years trip to Niagara

Very spacious room, comfortable beds, big bathroom, could use a 2nd chair in double occupancy rooms, good breakfast. Location is very nice.

Starting to look like it could use a remodeling, some paint on walls has had better days and the surprise destination fee was unexpected since we had traveled to 6 other locations and never received one.

A horrible storm kept us from going very far but the inn was great, just like White Christmas!

The room was very large and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, the lobby was very large and inviting, and the location was great for our needs. Weather was terrible a few miles away in Buffalo but we were spared the worst and could walk or drive to bars and restaurants.

Some small details were a little shabby. Trim around the doors not properly finished, some grout not properly cleaned up. The room above was bit noisy. Nothing that ruined any part of our stay.

We love this property and visit 4-5 or more times a year~the cold water was a turn off.

Didn’t try but smelled great.

COLD SHOWERS! Also didn’t realize there was a destination fee run through on my credit card at check in. Clerk explained $50 refundable fee but never mentioned “destination fee” of $20. And just ran card thru twice. Once we saw that we called down and he said “oh it’s a destination fee”. Felt a bit sneaky as $50. Hold was explained but second transaction was not.
