Dirty game room and needed to be cleaned up. Its a good game room though …
Outdoor pool was smaller than expected.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Icicle Village Resort, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. The resort itself is nestled in a picturesque location, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. I particularly appreciated the cozy bed and the modern amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The on-site breakfast options was very good.
One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's plethora of activities. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying a game of mini-golf, or exploring the nearby hiking trails, there was always something fun to do.
Overall, Icicle Village Resort is a gem. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate. I can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories!
Nothing.

Great location, free parking

Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Front desk checkin was friendly. Room had microwave which you hardly see these days. Nice that they have a game room and bikes! Didn’t get a chance to play put put golf but looked fun.
Typical continental breakfast; only thing special was the French toast with strawberries

Janet was very welcoming upon our arrival. Because we were early, she let us store our luggage and suggested some places where we could grab a bite in the meantime. She then texted us when our room became available. We enjoyed the hot breakfast that was included as well.
Location was a little further away from where all the action was in downtown but it was still within walking distance.

Location and cleanliness
Several of the staff members seemed miserable, not friendly and engaging

The resort has several activities & a nice grounds
The mattress on each bed was very worn. You can feel the support bars. They need to be replaced. We also had problems with the noise of the neighboring rooms tv being too loud. There was no sound insulation on the door linking the adjoining room.

Staff was very nice and friendly.
The $50.00 charge for incidentals, I did not charge anything to the room, and two days later it is still showing as a charge.

Great breakfast buffet! Good value for Leavenworth that tends to be pricey.

Newly renovated rooms, clean floors and bathrooms, comfortable beds, can’t complain! Additionally the staff was welcoming and the amenities were spot on for a family stay.
A little far from the main drag (0.7miles), very walkable if weather permits. But I’ll happily walk than try to park near the town center.

We arrived by motorcycle, and a little early... but the room was ready so we were able to check in and get cleaned up and changed before walking into the downtown area for food/drinks. That was a nice bonus! We chose to walk the scenic river/bridge route, but there were complimentary bicycles that we could have borrowed too! Later we used the hot tub and heated pool, which was so great in the April cold weather, to be warm AND be outside enjoying the mountain view.

lot of family activities! kept kids busy and occupied

All you can eat buffet breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Amenities were varied according to age/gender. Location was good, a bit out of town, but could still walk to the shops/restaurants and be quiet enough to avoid the city noise. The mountain views from our rooms were breath taking.
The room descriptions, especially for the condos. Our condo was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator in this section of the resort. We had a disabled person with a cane in our party and stairs were not easy for them. I had messaged with a question regarding more info, but never received a response. The game room was also lacking and outdated.

The property is clean and staff are very accommodating.

Great breakfast. Room was comfortable we stayed in a queen room which was large enough for 2 adults and a 2 year old. Resort facilities were great. Heated pool goes all year. mini Golf was covered in snow so we couldn’t play. but would be awesome in summer months. playground on site for kids.
Rooms were quiet. Didn’t hear anything from other rooms or the hallway.
it is a walk to the downtown core but not too far. We will definitely come back.

Lots of activities and facilities on site. Comfy beds and well located on the way to Stevens Pass and the town center
Breakfast was very basic, rooms a bit run down.

They fixed the problem created by Booking.com
I didn’t like the room that Booking.com tried to stick us with.
2.5
Breakfast was good, beds and pillows were comfortable. View from our room was pretty.
Much further from city center than expected, parking was full on weekend nights, no housekeeping service during stay, mold on grout in shower, coffee in lobby and breakfast was out most of the time in the morning.
