The employees are why I gave this hotel such a high rating! Location was in the middle of everything you could ask for.
Maintenance is severely lacking! Too many issues to list! 1 possible safety issue and 1 security issue. Front door hard to close and lock. Again, employees saved the hotel from receiving a negative review.

Most all the staff were friendly and took interest that my stay was the best they could make it
Elevator was not operating and I was told my room had to be on the first floor.

Rooms are updated & staff very professional.

Great deal and location.
Phone didn’t work in room.

Elevator was broken, but not a lot of stairs to get to the second floor. Thankfully it was just an overnight stay so we didn’t have much luggage.

Being a older facility, the place was clean and nicely updated and no complaints here. Would I stay there again absolutely!
The food at the continental breakfast. The eggs mostly.

We stayed here on an overnight stop in one on the new rooms, which was quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Several restaurants within easy walking distance and some shopping. It was also very close to the Hopewell National Historic Park with its monumental mounds, so we were able to visit this site before setting out on our drive.

overall clean, decently priced. can tell they are working on remodeling. Front desk was a bit too friendly going into great detail about her son’s bathroom habits when my husband just asked if there was a bathroom in the lobby. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. They do have gluten free options which is very nice.
Parking lot to the hotel is kinda awkward to get to and lots of potholes

the staff was incredible!

Breakfast was good, Staff was GREAT! Building was clean and quite. Great location.
There was hair in the bath tub and the tub had big pieces of coating missing. The heating and air unit in our room didn't work either. Rooms were a little high and I was charged $30 more than what the room was supposed to cost.

We didn't eat breakfast. The coffee was okay.

staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, under construction but everything was still nice and clean

I love how close it was to several businesses and restaurants. Having Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Sam's Club and many shopping and food options was awesome! I was not familiar with the area at all but having those options was welcoming!
The only thing I did not like was the noise I could hear at night from the parking lot of a few restaurants that were right next to the hotel. Also hearing the next room's toilet flushing and the chipped paint in the shower were a bummer.

Great location
Hard to get to hotel - the road is filled with potholes by the bank in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was well laid out and hot.
The scrambled eggs had a off taste, but eatable. The bacon was not done and close to being under cooked.
The bath was dirty. The moulding caulk around the tub, floor trim had ground in dirt stains. The bath tub has black/brown stain spots at one end.
