breakfast was decent

I was not given the room that was reserved and paid for. The young lady who checked us in was very rude and unprofessional. We checked out of the hotel and moved to another hotel due to unsatisfactory service. I did ask to speak to the manager upon leaving and filed a complaint. The manager was pleasant and receptive to my concerns.

Restful, Clean, Beautiful

When searching for this particular trip I was specifically looking for an outdoor sitting area, the pictures of their outdoor area is what prompted me to book at this location. The hotel was absolutely everything if not better than what was represented on the website.

not really a complaint, but the only thing that I personally can say negative- The staff does not have a way to see someone at the front desk or had a bell.. so when they are behind the wall doing other work, they dont see the guest that is standing there ready to check in. That was the case for me and one more guest. We had to speak outloud so that they knew we were there.

Wonderful stay

Everything was great from the time we walked in. The staff were very friendly, always welcoming you in. The rooms were great, we had 1 king room and one double queen room, they were very spacious and exceptionally clean!

Horrible experience

Location was close to town

The reason we chose this hotel was because of the bar and restaurant. However, once we arrived, we learned the bar & restaurant was closed until midweek. No notice. We asked if we could buy a bottle of wine that was displayed in the vending area. The receptionist informed us that she didn’t know how to ring up the wine, she tried earlier for someone else…. But couldn’t figure it out. The shower had pubic hair on the shower wall. The heater in the room was messed up. Went to service desk and the receptionist told my spouse that the maintenance worker was just here but left 10 minutes ago, and she doubted that he would come back. About an hour later, we returned to the front desk to inform the receptionist our room was now 80 degrees and we could not stop the hot air from blowing. She informs us that they are “full” and she could refund us our money but we would probably need to find a room somewhere else. This was at 11pm after driving 10 hours. Later that night, I asked if they had a hair dryer, she laughed informed me that they don’t have those anymore after Covid. Overall, this was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had thus far. Very unprofessional staff and not accommodating to paying customers. WILL NOT RETURN!

I will come again because my experience was awesome minus buying food- I won’t eat there again

The front desk staff was beyond exceptional she was friendly, kind, reassuring when she saw my tears after dropping off my only daughter to university. Late check out was not a problem for her to accommodate.

The breakfast was more expensive than NEW YORK CITY!!!! I was floored when I paid $14 for a breakfast sandwich that’s outrageous

The second person provided great customer service. The property is beautiful.

The location was great! The second person to assist was patient and kind.

The first room given was not the room I reserved; therefore, the second service person made the accommodations but the walls were not cleaned from a previous guest where the child wrote on the wall.

The check in process was easy and the stay was great, it was clean also.

The TV in the sitting area of the king suite didn't work and the bar closed early on Saturday night. I also would have preferred that the pool stayed open longer than 10 PM.

Starbucks? Really?

Very nice facility with helpful, friendly staff.

At the Courtyard price point, a free cup of coffee in the morning is my expectation. Having a retail Starbucks location in the lobby with Very high-priced coffee was a disappointment. Further, there was only one employee who was able to use the Starbucks equipment to make the expensive coffee and she was also running the front desk, organizing the other staff members for the day ahead and resupplying the lobby and coffee shop, all while trying to meet the needs of the guests. I didn't catch her name, but she should probably be the GM of the hotel, and she needs assistance! In our room (209), the foot of the bed was about 2" higher than the head of the bed, and this resulted in me having acid-reflux all night and sleeping poorly. The room itself was very nice and well appointed, with a large TV and charging ports on both nightstands.
