Horrid

I couldn't get ahold of anyone at this location to adjust my dates of stay. I tried phone, email, and booking.com property message to no avail. I had to make a completely different reservation for the new dates. This is ridiculously horrid way to treat customers.

Will Not Be Staying Here Again For The Price/Treatment/Experience.

I like the location, the bed was amazingly comfortable and most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was surprised that we had no soap in the dispenser in the shower. The bathroom sink was Not clean. The TV kept GLITCHING every few seconds which made it annoyingly frustrating. The evening front desk employee was not empathetic towards my situation with the obviously overlooked restroom cleaning/restock. She needs to smile when she's checking in guests as well because she's the face of the hotel being up front like that and I did Not feel welcomed. Your selection of breakfast foods was pretty unappetizing. When I brought up to the attention of the front desk employee (same employee that doesn't smile) that the juice dispenser sprayed juice all over the place and on me when I tried to get some apple juice she treated me like I was a nuisance and I wasn't important. No apology of any kind or concern.

The stay was overall great but the breakfast options are not in line with other Home2Suites.

The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. Property was clean and quiet. Wish they would have had the outdoor fireplace going at night.

The breakfast was not up to par with other Home2Suite locations that I have stayed at in the past. The room was great but the lock on the pocket door for the bathroom was broken (I was the only one in there so I didn't use it). The shampoo and body wash dispensers are cheaply made and the front falls off of the when trying to pump the product out of them.

not happy that this $435 stay was $318 the week & day before my stay, so much for booking in advance

the pool is clean and nice the hot tub was in working order and enjoyable to use.

the bed was very hard, bedding was ok but bed was terrible, pillows were to the extreme of to hard or to soft. The couch was ripping at the seams and dirty, we actually put a sheet over it to sit on it. Bedding for the couch was way too big and did not fit. The breakfast was ok nothing I would count on. I thought (and asked) for two beds, so I wasn't happy to see that it was one full sized bed and a dirty couch. Paying $6 for parking on top of the $435.60 was insulting. it's not downtown, it's not like anyone else is going to park here.

Exceptional

Extremely spacious, impeccably clean, very comfortable, and with modern amenities and great breakfast. I tried to find anything to be picky about, but I couldn't. Even the shower head is adjustable, and the furniture is super comfortable and practical.

It was okay for one night.

The location was good. Close to everything we needed.

We just stayed for one night and it appears that the floor had not been vacuumed from a previous guest. There was a lot of hair on the carpet and pieces of dog food around the floor.

Good Stay for a Good Value, bring ur bathing suit!

Rooms were modern and spacious, love the full size fridge and kitchen amenities! hot tub was a treat, rooms were quiet, heard minimal noise from street or other guests.

Bathroom door latch was broken a door kept rolling open, hot tub and pool was nice but so small, as soon as 4 or 5 people were in there it was crowded, bed was a little too firm.

Amazing staff, they made my stay!

Friendly and homey atmosphere, amazing staff -- very helpful and supportive! Special thanks to Elisapeta who did her best to made me feel home :) I'm definitely planning to stay there next time in Anchorage.

Disappointing

Location was good

I've recently stayed at this same hotel and had a much better experience that time. This visit was not very good at all. The room was dated (old couch with a rip in the cushion, shower with a chip in the floor) and the air unit was unreliable (every time it came on it started kicking out cold air despite being set to heat). The fitness center was adequate, but we had to ask for something to clean equipment with and staff was not very helpful with that request. Also, chose this hotel because I knew it had a hot tub and pool and they where closed the entire time! Not impressed with this stay or staff response to complaints/requests. Probably won't stay here again.
