Very clean, nice rooms, spacious bathrooms, decent complimentary breakfast. Conveniently located near interstate and shopping.

I wish they had more small touches like water bottles and toothpaste in the rooms but they were at the convenience store for sale in the lobby.

The ladies at the desk in the morning were beyond helpful and so sweet, but the night shift staff is a little questionable. It’s like their elevator didn’t go all the way up. I was charged twice and basically got told to screw off by night shift and to deal with it in the morning. I have yet to see that money and no one will answer me. The dayshift staff were so kind and tried to help me the best they could. They were great! The room was fine, but not for the service we had and just one night.

Don’t like I was charged twice and they can’t tell me why or who to get ahold of after I’ve exhausted all my options

I would stay again.

We loved Remy. He is a gem. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some tlc, but it was very clean. Would totally stay there again. I wish you had a bar and restaurant.

I wish that my curtains didn't have holes in them. I wish that the view was better. It was pretty dismal, but what could you possibly do about that. :). It would have been great if you had a bar.

Restful and Comfortable

Comfortable room and bed, staff checking in and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Great shower. Good location. Breakfast was good.

Overall we oved the atmosphere , clean and friendly experience.

Clean, nice rooms, well taken care of. Very Friendly helpful staff. Laundry room clean and working well. Nice assortment of breakfast offerings if you got there early enough? Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast offerings for hot food changed daily. Ie scrambled eggs or flat eggs,

While the breakfast appeared to have many lovely offerings , between 8-9 am there was almost nothing still available. The staff seemed oblivious that there was no orange juice, eggs, bagels, or things other than waffles. Not sure if this was to keep people from eating much or that they ran out or just didn't replenish. Fresh fruit would have been really appreciated. Some people don't eat all the pre prepared cereals, bread , waffles etc and want something without sugar. THE INTERNET WAS TERRIBLE. Most of the time I couldn't stay connected even for a few minutes. I couldn't get my boarding pass with no internet or functioning printer.

Convenient stop into New Orleans

Beds and room were comfortable, check in was easy enough and the hotel was clean.

Directions to the hotel were not great and the breakfast; not so much. I just don't like fake eggs with cheese.

Very good

Great location for our travels. Everything was clean.

The price was a little high. Also, all day and night, we heard the elevator. When you have to be up early in the AM, listening to it all night is very annoying.
