Hope to go back for a longer stay in the spring!!!!

This is a very pleasant experience. It is a clean,well maintained and well stocked. CONDO that was worth every penny. Was great for one night with family and could easily provide first class accommodations for weeks. View of the lake was SO BEAUTIFUL

Needed a nightlight in the bathroom!!

Super Tremendous Place

i always come here a few times throughout the year and it’s always a marvelous place.

this is hard because I love this place so much. only issue i would say but definitely not a dealbreaker would be the tight parking spaces

Great location and view, price a little high to have to share all amenities

The location was perfect, loved we were able to fish from our room. And had a kitchen to cook in when not feeling like getting out. Loved the view & being able to see ducks and eagles. Restaurant, pool, and park were all around the facility. Not too far from several different attractions.

The shower smelled of rotten egg. People next to us were smoking pot on their balcony while my child was trying to fish. Spider webs and spiders are all over the balcony. The pool was a community pool for a whole neighborhood, we're a birthday party was taking place during our stay. Parking spaces are very tight for SUVs and trucks.

The Landing at Seven Coves will from now on be a #1 Vacation Spot for us.

I liked everything, however, the most important things I observed was how "clean" the property was...I'm a person who cleans my home from top to bottom. So, when I stay somewhere I bring cleaning products to clean. Well, I was surprised that it wasn't much of anything to do. Everything was sanitized, neat, and comfortable. The whole set up was nice: The jaccuzzi tub, wifi, the kitchen, location, and of course, being able to see the "sunrise/sunset" and to fish from the balcony....we caught bass and catfish. We've already reserved again for MARCH a week at 25% discount on them!!!

That we had to leave to back home and to work.....lol

the condo was clean very nice amenities the unit was directly on top of the lake you can fish off the patio area so peaceful. very nice restaurant on the property called the wave

Very Nice and We will be returning!!

I liked the location of the apartments--over the water. Very convenient fishing area, and food was very close by (and affordable), with a nice pool lounge.

I didn't like that the parking wasn't assigned, but that was no big deal.

Would not stay here again.

The apartments are old. Low ceilings and because of this it feels claustrophobic. Its very dark inside because of the low ceilings and the overhang on the porch, and it has old yellowed bathroom lavatories and tub. Whoever rented above us, stomped on the floors all night keeping us up. The floors creak also every time someone walks across them from above, because the unit is so old. We were in a one bedroom. It may be better in the two bedroom above. No washer and dryer in the units. Had to go to a laundry room in the complex. Big hassle. They only give you one towel each for a Thursday to a Sunday stay. No sponge or dish clothes to clean dishes. No kitchen towels to dry anything. They give you the cheapest paper towels that the dollar store offers, that you couldn't tear off the cheap paper towel holder. We have never rented a condo or apartment that didn't accommodate their guests with amenities. It was hard to have a comfortable stay. There were some seedy looking people staying there too. Awful. The only good thing was it was on the lake. I would not stay here again.
