My stay was fine. I wish we knew about the $35 per day charge for the amenities they offer, which isn’t much honestly.

A+ location & service, in a lovely hotel

The property has a free shuttle for going about town. The driver gave us a mini-tour and brought us to a terrific outdoor cafe she recommended. When we were done, we texted and bought us back to the Hilton.

Séjour agréable

La piscine est très belle avec de beaux transats. Petit déjeuner buffet ou à la carte sur la terrasse. L’emplacement était top en face d’une rue de magasins et de restaurants. Une machine à café Nespresso. Le personnel a été à notre écoute et arrangeant.

Nous avons demandé une autre chambre car il y avait le bruit de ventilation (étage n2) et les fenêtres avaient une partie occultante. Les chambres basiques sont chères. La moquette dans la chambre (hygiène) Propose des services de voiturettes mais le service de retour n’est pas au point.

Only thing nice was the pool...

The pool was very nice.

I checked in to room and noticed the carpet was wet, a outlet on the side of the night table qas pushed in and broken and completely useless, there was a panel for the air conditioner which was open if I was traveling with small children that would have definitely been a risk, and the lamp shade was literally hanging by a thread. I went the next day to tell them about it, said they'll send up a technician and never heard back. I checked out Sunday and on Monday tried to charge me again for food and drinks that I did not purchase at all. I was very disappointed especially since we are paying $400+ a night for the room. I feel like the staff could have been for helpful.

Lovely hotel and staff

Very clean with a variety of things to do on property.

The garage. Sadly we went and stayed around prom and cheer tournament time. Not a good idea and wouldn’t recommend.

Oppportunity to be pampered if you want. Very relaxing and quiet!

Pool was great with great staff and plenty of spaces to read and relax. Lobby was very welcoming

Better choice for breakfast and ability to use the $15 resort credit

Denied that I had a reservation and charge me separately through them

Once again when I checked in, they said I did not have a reservation there and that you did not send it to them. They made me make a new reservation and pay there through Hilton so please do not bill me because they said you never gave them the reservation, the last time I went, they said you spelt my name wrong and that’s why they didn’t have the reservation I have stayed there three times and had unbelievable difficulty at check-in. Please make sure I was not charged by both you and them.

Resort style hotel

Love the feel of a resort vs a hotel with a pool. The outdoor spaces are wonderful. We enjoyed easy snacks, coffee, food at Provisions. The staff are helpful and kind.

si muy cómodo cobran por todo hasta por recibir paquetes de correo y el valet parking costoso, mejor estar sin carro alquilado

que no reciben paquetes de walmart y que los ninos los quieren excluir y cobrar aparte cuando el desayuno esta incluido para la habitacion

Mooie kamers, goeie airco. Heerlijke bedden.

Helaas was er een verbouwing aan de gang. Hier werd ik pas van op de hoogte gebracht toen ik het had geboekt. Had graag van het zwembad gebruik willen maken wat helaas niet kon.

Loud Construction and NO pool area

our room was clean and our beds were very comfortable

We were super disappointed that we weren't notified in advance that there was no pool area and that the hotel was under that much construction . I saw the pool area online and it was SPECTACULAR and was one of the main reasons we picked this particular hotel. we came in town for a concert for the night and wanted to lay out at the pool get some lunch and have a few drinks . Also the construction woke us up really early and was so loud that we packed and left immediately I don't think its fair that this information was left out, nor did anyone tell us upon arrival that there would be no pool area and the place was under construction we found all this out after we had already checked in

Good value and comfortable

The rooms are surprisingly upmarket for a Hilton. Very comfortable bed and fluffy towels. The location is great too

No bathrobe and slippers in the room, no kettle in the room. The valet kept my car outside over night so it was all wet and $40 for parking is expensive. Should be free in a 5 star hotel. Thats America I guess. No doorman who is rushing to help

Great pool Rooms are typical for Hilton. Mine was a bit "old dated" and would need some freshen up but was very clean. Location in West palm is very good.
