When I booked through booking.com it has options for queen bed and also showed breakfast, but when I got to the motel there wasn't any.

The check in process was super quick. The room was big and the bed was very comfy.
The bathroom was dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned. I think there was a dead roach or something in there.

I recently stayed at the Crest Motel in Bartlett and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay. Despite being a 2-star property, the motel exceeded my expectations. The room was equipped with a desk, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, all of which were in great condition and made for a comfortable stay. The added bonus of a microwave was a nice touch and made it easier for me to heat up any food I brought with me. The motel also offers luggage storage space, and free WiFi, which made my stay even more convenient. On top of all this, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The motel is also located just a short drive from Chicago O'Hare International Airport, making it a great option for travelers. Overall, I would highly recommend the Crest Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Bartlett.

The location was amazing. Close to a lot of shops.
There were spiders and dead flies everywhere, the shower was disgusting, the carpet stained my feet and there were spots on the walls and ceilings (don’t even want to know what those stains were)

Breakfast was packaged honeybuns. Location was perfect. The manager, Frank, was extremely helpful but the rest of the staff lacked in personality.
Didn't like the holes in the bedspreads and trash in the rooms that hadn't been cleaned properly.

I came here for a job interview. I needed a quick place to stay at such short notice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Whenever I needed more towels or toiletry, the staff responded right away and provided it to me. I also liked that the WiFi is fast since I need internet for my phone. I would come here again because the price is good and I like that it was quiet, clean and the staff is approachable.

The bed was comfortable ..air worked ...
There were white particules on floor next to bed where it hadn.t been vac..bathroom had cig ashes wiped into window sill..( no smoking)(the air conditioner needs attention..i wiped it down it was filthy.. The bedspread had a spot where it looked like someone wiped thereself and it was dirty all around..tv didn.t work..i called the ofc and he said it was dish possibly a cloud going over..went to ofc had no soap..mentioned the tv and said that's what happens sometimes with dish no signal...i even went and bought new batteries..after going to ofc for soap found only 1 bath towel for 2 ppl..not walking back to ofc..it was cute setup definetely needs attention
.also when i booked the price was 60 and taxes he charged 75$...so totally not happy...offered grilling looks like the grill hasn't been touched forever and garbage out back at lower level...
It looks like the gentleman that runs it depends on the help and doesn't check on him..or maybe i expected to much but when i payc75$ i expect a clean room..
