Perfect location for a stay in the city of Lex

Breakfast was wonderful. The tasters at night were fun. The high floor with city view was perfect.

There was a bit of traffic/ siren noise at night. Would love a jacuzzi option.

Great place to stay after the concert. Very close to the arena and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars

Location is great for downtown events. Bed is quite comfortable Food was delicious

No diet sodas in the entire place. I understand no vending machines but was told there were diet sodas in the mini bar/fridge. There was no diet drinks at all and I am diabetic. Would have enjoyed a soda on a hot summer day.

Won’t return

Nice spacious corner room with large modern bathroom.

Returned to room at 3:00 pm - room wasn’t cleaned. Struggled to get someone to make the bed and we had to leave the room before he would tidy just a bit. Did not clean. Coffee machine didn’t work. Staff unapologetic. Offered no compensation

Superb

It had been several years since we stayed here. The bar and restaurant spaces have undergone some nice renovations, definitely improved our experience. Room was more than comfortable and had some really great views of the city. Will absolutely be coming back!

Would stay here again! Clean, comfy, and unique!

Everything here was great. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was that we took snacks from the minibar and they were expired. The drinks, snacks, and candy! Only bummed because we paid for it. Otherwise this was a great hotel and awesome stay!

Ok for an overnight but really needs a freshen up.

The location and the fact that it’s dog friendly.

The building just isn’t that nice. Has a very old unfinished feel. The 50 dollar per fee is too much for this property.

It was adequate for one night.

good location

Our room was not vacuumed and we did not have hand towels or a bath mat. The woman at the front desk was more preoccupied with her laptop than with greeting us or asking how our stay was going.

The location of this property is great! The staff was amazing. The rooms were big!

When I picked something up off the ground, I noticed the floors didn’t seem like they had been swept in a while. Valet parking being the only option. Only one elevator worked and it was VERY slow. Rumor has it the elevators have been out of order since February?

rooms were clean, common areas like ale store areas looked dirty

Worth every penny. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Being on the top floor topped it off for us.

The breakfast was delicious although the portions were too large for us to finish. Also enjoyed the playlist at breakfast which was curated by the Chef!

Love old buildings turned into hotels and boutique hotels! this was an interesting property with the art.

There are no refrigerators and you have to request ice. Finding the hotel is hard. You have to recognize the funky font used to spell out “21c” and recognize the blue penguins to find the place. It’s in the old First National Building (name prominent on front). it would be helpful if these were used on email confirmations or somewhere so they would be recognized.

Avoid Room 507, The a/c noise makes sleep impossible .

Being centrally located .

I arrived at midnight . Was given Room 507. I arrived, opened the door to the loud roar the the air conditioner machinery. I knew I would be unable to sleep with that volume . I went back to the receptionist stating I was not satisfied with that room, only to be told the hotel was full . I was in this hotel and had this room for two nights with the constant switching in and out of this faulty machinery. The janitor did appear and shone his torch up at the outlet, nothing further was done to alleviate the situation. This is the first complaining review I have ever written. I was so disappointed to be in a 4 star hotel and to have sleepless nights because of the noise.
