Location to port terminal was nice, enough room for the 5 of us. The fact they had a kitchen (had we needed it) was nice especially having a large fridge and Microwave.
Dirty, no toilet paper in either bathroom - had to go to store to buy some, only a couple of paper towels remaining - again had to purchase a roll, couple of dead bugs in the corner of the bathroom and one in the bath. I blame this on the owner's housekeeper - NOT the owner. PARKING is an issue. IF you have a large vehicle (like we do - a Ford Expedition) it does NOT fit in the provided parking stall. To part on the street you need to feed the meter every few hours. We were able to get a handicap stall within the locked apartment garage as we by happenstance ran into a security guard who let us in. Otherwise we would have been parking on the street.

We provided our own breakfast.
The apartment was spacious but badly in need of freshening up and repairs.
The doors and skirting badly need repainting, wall fittings loose and wardrobe doors . Afraid to touch curtains in case they came away from the wall .

We liked the size and location. The beds were clean and the space was comfortable. The room and condo was secure and we felt safe inside. The shower was hot and the facilities were clean enough. There was lots of options of half used shampoos and cream rinses.
The kitchen had a stove that worked, but the pans were horrible and some had dried burnt on food debris in them. there were no sheet pans for cooking food in the oven. We had to improvise with aluminum foil (we supplied) Not sure if the dishwasher works or not, we tried to start it as we left but not sure if it ran...
We had LOTS of trouble finding the place. Uber has a different location set up in their system for this property... we checked in at 2am and we communicated this 2-3 times with the owner via email. That being said, our code to get in expired prior to arrival and we were left outside in Little Havana for 20-30min and running around building to look for a security guard.

Spacious, comfortable, good kitchen facilities, internet and toiletries. Self check in instructions were to the point.
There were no blankets and the place was very cold .... temperature was adjusted ...but some blankets would have been nice.

This apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to all the main Miami attractions including south Beach. The building is quiet and the neighborhood is very safe. Free parking is definitely a great addition. The place is very roomy, big enough for 6 or 7 people and we are already planning a new stay with the rest of the family.
I’m very picky, so this might not very important to everyone but I thought the apartment is ready for new paint and towels and bedding should be replaced for new ones. I also think that little additions like coffee or bottle water available to guests make a big difference. Those little details I’m mentioning would had been huge and rewarded with a 10 rating.

it was a 3 bedroom so we were able to stay as a group before our cruise.
across the street from a night club that was open until 5am.
5.0 / 5.0
the only problem we experienced was that there was a night club across the street that partied until 4 in the morning. loud people and cars. not the property owners fault. just didn’t get great sleep.

The apartment was convenience and clean.
Only one parking spot and street parking is paid parking. The main apartment building has problems with their entrance to get in.

Location, Netflix, size
I lived in Miami for 14 years so I know that you don't get anything upscale for the price we paid as compared to other city's in the south. However, it could have been better. I'll give you the pros and cons.
Pros: Customer service is great at responding to messages. They are flexible as possible if you need to reschedule. Apartment as two TVs, both with Netflix, garage parking included in price, as well as WiFi.
Cons: I was not able to check in early. Was told that other guest were leaving that morning and apartment would need to be cleaned. Understandable. However when I arrived first thing I noticed was hair all over the floor. Apartment smelled. I had to buy some scented candles. One of the toilets doesn't flush unless you hold the lever until it flushes. The twin beds that my kids slept on was hard as a rock. My 12 yr old prefered to sleep on the sofa. There was a white stain on the sheets in the master bedroom. I was ready to go when I saw that! No matter how hard I tried I couldn't bring myself to get comfortable after seeing all that. I was just too grossed out. Also fruiture, decor, appliances, and overall apartment is seriously outdated. I paid $220 per night and would have rather paid more in order to be happy and enjoy my stay in Miami.
The guy I spoke to clarify parking instructions was rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming. He also gave incorrect WiFi login information. I has to text him several times to clarify. Again, I once lived in Miami so I'm familiar with the prices, culture, rudeness, but this apartment reminds me why I moved back up north.

The location was what I perfect, just 15 minutes from the airport, it was midway between the MIA airport and downtown Miami. It's in Coral Gables where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
The parking. We rented a 2021 SUV Chevy Tahoe and parked across the street to drop the bags, but convenience store owner called the police on us saying it was for customers. We where the only car parked along 7 empty spaces. The underground parking garage is dimly lit and extremely tight to maneuver. The residents spots are marked to allow 2 cars to fit stacked one on top the other, there's a car lift system in each spot allowing one automobile to be raised up allowing space for another car to drive in (double stacked parking). However, there was a car already stacked on top, which didn't allow our SUV the space below. There is a visitor's daytime parking but there was tight turns which could not fit. We had to park on the street but after the metered parking hours were no longer in effect. Our car rental designee did not feel comfortable with leaving it on the street by a night club, so our driver got a room by the airport.
