Just a place to crash for 4th of July event.

bed was comfortable, clean, no bugs, close to event, keyless entry, air conditioner was cool and quiet, good location for restaurants.

Super small room, bathroom had no shelf space to put your toiletries , parking only 1 vehicle, traffic noise, and too many children in pool, refrigerator and freezer did not work.

Disgusting room

Nothing

Bathroom was not clean, furniture torn, electrical cord dangling from light, etc. I had to leave after 30 min. And find new lodging. Had paid for 6 nights. Trying to get my money refunded.

Value motel

Even though the motel is outdated (built in 1942), it provided a clean, comfortable basic place to stay. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. I prefer to stay in places that are a good value for my money versus a lot of fluff. Owners reside on the property. They made every effort to make my stay pleasant. Will book again in the future.

Would have liked more shaded areas around the pool.

it was good for our weekend and affordable but the mold smell i will have to pass next time

location was great and local restaurants were funny

older mold smell and i’m allergic. so i had challenges but i wish i was told about the great walkable local restaurants we found out too late 🙃

A fantastic stay!

Great location, kind staff, fantastic pool, clean rooms!

AC was a little weak so had to ask for an extra fan, but the staff gave us it and it worked out SO well.

Exceptional

This was my first time going on vacation without my family. I felt like I was at home the staff treats you so well. Also I forgot to pack sunscreen and they gave me some of there extras super nice people.

I have not a single complaint.

Exceptional

The vibes of the owners were very cool and very welcomimg to me and my girlfriend, and the location of the motel it within walking distance to great bars and restaurants I would definitely be coming back to this hotel soon !

Excellent

The unit was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and the pool was beautifully Kept very nice and heated. I will visit again and highly recommend.

Bad choice of hotel/motel on our part. would not recommend

Finding it

It turns out to be a very old motel. The website shows a much bigger and nicer place than what is really is, especially the pool area and 'courtyard'. The reviews are way over rated. I realize that this is high season, but nearly $250 per night, with very basic amenities, is very poor value for the money.

We completely enjoyed our stay! We could not have had a better place to stay! Home away from home!

We had great reception apron our arrival by owners of the Resort. They were very accommodating to any of our requests for any necessities we needed during our stay.

There is nothing we did not enjoy about our stay the Blind Pass Resort.

Pleasant

The room was equipped with necessities.

Parking is inadequate for the facility. We felt leaving our car park on the outer side street left it very vulnerable for theft. Understanding that most hotels have their own parking lot, it has a much more secure sense. We where there for a band gig and most equipment had to be left in the car. Also, the place is old and needs to be updated for the price they charge.

We choose to give "Ma and Pa" owned/operated hotels/motels our business rather than corporate owned.

The owner/staff was very pleasant. The hotel did have a pool (which we did not use due to time) and the front office did offer pool towels if needed.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the room and quality of the bed. We feel bad to leave a negative review, but some attention needs to be given to rooms at this hotel. The bathroom does need attention. There was black mold in the caulking around the top edge of the tub and the water never go hot....warm only. The bottom of the bathroom door on the inside was coming unbounded. The bed was very firm (which we understand why hotel/motels use them), but this one well over due for replacement.
