Didn’t like asking for towels or room cleaning. Only received 2 towels at any time. Not enough. Room was never cleaned during our 10 night stay. I understand cutbacks, privacy, understaffing. But after 4 or 5 days the room should have been refreshed without being told to. Glad we’re not slobs! I guess this explains the bags of garbage and piles of towels in front of rooms. Not listed for cleaning that day. And there is a list! I saw it on the cart and the front desk checked too.

Nice location but would not stay on the first floor again

The location was quiet not any traffic noise, the breakfast was good, also only 20 mins away from the beach

You could hear everything that was going on upstairs in the room above us and we could not sleep throughout the night, we stayed in rm 118

The breakfast included. Kitchen in the room. The wine and snacks on Wednesday. Location is good.

The bed wasn't that comfortable. The staff did not mention that the room is only cleaned by request

I went out for Mother’s Day weekend. my daughter and her family live close so it was a great location.

Impressed, will be back!

The area was nice, check in was very quick and easy, the room was amazing with many extras and amenities, the free breakfast had alot of options, very impressed overall

We liked everything and plan to stay there again whenever we are in the area

OK but would definitely ask for a "quiet room" next time!

Huge room, very clean with contemporary furnishings. The place looks quite new and upmarket. Beds comfortable and breakfast was reasonable. Very quiet upmarket neighbourhood.

Message to the hotel: don't put guests in rooms close to the elevator machinery. Annoying low frequency noise from the lift equipment kept me awake all night! I was angry when told that you were aware that second floor rooms near the elevator suffered noise from the lift machinery. But you still allocated me Room 221. IMO given the noise problems, rooms near the elevator equipment should be allocated last; not first! As a result of being put in Room 221, I got an hour's sleep, due to the constant cycling of the elevator motors. Not happy. Although I still had to pay full price at checkout, despite having the inconvenience of having to change rooms.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT book through booking.com! We show up with a group of 5 for a prepaid room, only to find out our booking was never in their system, I called to confirm, the receptionists don’t communicate with each other and that made them useless , after we offered to pay for another room they turned us away in tears. It was my mother’s birthday and they managed to ruin it, which I was the only thing that was “managed” .
