My stay was wonderful and relaxing

I love how if there is a problem it’s taken care of. Love the cleanliness

As long as I am not on first floor I am happy. As that floor was very loud. When I asked for another floor they moved me immediately and were so kind.

All was good except for being woke up to the smoke alarm going off.

Smoke alarm went off while we were sleeping and when I reported it I was told "that happens sometimes".

overall good experience and nice hotel for the price. would stay again.

location was good. easy to access and find. close to the magical winter lights festival we attended that night. the room was very clean and comfortable. liked the microwave and mini fridge in the room.

It took a little awhile to find a staff member at the desk for check in and check out. eventually she appeared. the breakfast was very okay. always appreciative of a breakfast but everything was kind of cold and not fresh.

A fast booking very tentative but there was Marijuana smoke in the hallway I could even feel safe to let my child n wife go get snack due to the danger I felt

very disappointed in this facility as I have always been a fan of Holiday Inn

location is close from interstate

the rooms are old. they have attempted to give it a facelift but the rooms are aged. the shower was 2 different colors as well as the light switches. the mirror was peeling paint. the beds were not comfortable. I paid with cash upon check in and gave my credit card for incidentals. I received my receipt under my door the next AM and the entire room charges were placed on my credit card. when I went to the front desk the staff could not figure out how to correct. I understand mistakes happen but the lack of concern from the staff was very disappointing. not once did they apologize or consider the inconvenience caused to the customer! it was as if I was a bother to them.

Convenient, safe location and very clean facilities.

Excellent location!!! Close to the Interstate but not too close. Restaurants and shopping close by. Nice neighborhoods surrounding the hotel. Felt very safe.

Annoying to have the front desk so close to the automatic door entrance. The doors kept opening and closing while trying to check in and out.

We like the Holiday Inn Express chain of hotels

On entering, the lobby gave a nice welcoming feeling. Nicole was great and provided a quick check-in. Very nice room, good size; and a nice bathroom. Nicole mentioned that there was an issue with the entrance to the pool, so she walked out with me to make sure I could get through the gate.

The tub had only one grab bar, it would be safer to have at least two.
