It was a nice place to stay but for the $ it isn’t a place I’d go back to or recommend.

The room was clean & comfortable. Outdoor hot tub was clean & enjoyed it a lot.

The restaurant was not so good & was a lower quality place to eat than was expecting to be at the resort. Check in took a half hour as they couldn’t find our reservation.

We enjoyed the property and its beauty! We had a gorgeous view from our room!

Clean, decor, great service

The wait each morning in coffee shop! Also, for $350 a night, I feel toiletries in bath could be much more outstanding.

Awesome place beautiful location

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lovely grounds and the fire pits were great.

Could not get a taxi from there for less than $40 to go a couple of miles up the road but this is down to the cab firms not the hotel. If you have booked anything off site be prepared to drive!

Friendly hotel, convenient location, great shuttle to the park.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Dollywood theme park. The hotel is lovely, the room was a reasonable size (we had a family suite) and had good, albeit noisy air conditioning. The hotel staff were SO friendly, from the receptionists to the cleaners, cafe staff and more.

I've never been to a hotel before where the valet staff at the front door were so totally uninterested in guests. As we arrived, I struggled up the hill from the car park with my daughter and 2 big suitcases and not only did nobody offer to help with our bags, or get us a luggage trolley, nobody even offered to hold the door open for us. The 3 men on duty just stared - they didn't even say good evening. I'd think it was a one-off but they were exactly the same when we checked out 2 days later and my suitcase got stuck on a carpet. They just watched me struggle in 100 degree heat. Disappointing first and last impression. If you're not paying the $25 for valet parking, don't expect anyone to acknowledge you, it seems.

Had an amazing time and would recommend it to everyone.

Staff was exceptional! Their pantry was filled with multiple items and open extra hours for late comers and early birds. The outside garden area was beautiful and there were areas of entertainment for all ages.

All the TV Chanel’s did’t work and some that did would go in and out. The hygiene products in the shower, while having a nice scent, didn’t lather well at all.

Very good

The staff is amazing and so helpful and friendly. The location and facilities are perfect. The restaurant is so good and you get a lot for a great price. Parking is wonderful and so many spots.

Beds are really hard need some kind of pillow top, felt like I was sleeping on the ground. But could over look that due to the other great amenities.

Smores and hot tub and story time and dolls music playing in the halls. Fireplaces burning outside for heat and able to sit in rockers around firepit and meeting new people

Our stay was awesome. It was our Anniversary weekend. It was the best stay ever.

We did not get a chance to do breakfast. But we did get to do dinner it was awesome.

We felt cheated. We took the Christmas diner and it was nasty. The table was dirty, the dishes cold and the people in a rush to leave. The worst money I ever spend. I expect much more from Dollywood

The bed wasn,t as plush as I thought it would be. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible for applying makeup.

It’s kinda secluded away from the busy Pigeon Forge area! It has anything you need there! We didn’t have to leave for anything!
