We did not get the room we booked and we were charged for 4 guest when our receipt, etc. clearly stated 2. We talked with the owners and instead of them taking care of the problem they put it back in our lap even though we showed them the reservation and receipt. That is horrible customer service. They should be working with the booking site they contract to fix the problems, not tell the guest to rectify it. So needles to say we are not satisfied and we we're charged for a room we didn't get but reserved AND for 2 extra people we didn't have or reserve. We operate a service oriented business and would never leave this type of thing in our customers lap to resolve.
That is clearly explained in the.last question.

Excellent location, not in Main Street and therefore very quiet. Plenty of restaurants around.
Many trails to hike and explore.
Excellent common area.
And a backyard with a stunning view.
Nothing, everything was excellent.

The location was excellent- we walked to the red rocks from the back patio. Stunning views. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts were generous with treats and with information- even providing a parking pass for the parks.
Can’t think of a thing.

Wonderful staff. Away from the busy area on a quiet street. Comfortable room. Hiking trails adjacent.

Nothing could be improved.

Cozy cactus' location, wildlife and staff were exceptional. It's the place to stay if you want comfort, friendliness, amazing nature and stunning views on your doorstep.
The property is also within a short driving distance of Sedona's superb Mexican restaurants like "Elote" as well as all the excellent vistas Sedona has to offer.
It's also possible to drive further afield to visit Taliesin West in a day if you feel the urge to see some Frank Lloyd Wright.
I can't think of anything, the place is stunning. The friendliness, property and location are far superior than any chain hotel could equal. Big thanks to the staff for sorting out veggie breakfast.

The location away from the crowds in Sedona proper and view from the back upon the red rocks was amazing. The breakfast was nice Our room was comfy with a view and very clean. The hosts were nice and welcoming.
It was a bit expensive but competitive with the area.

This place was a hidden gem, the views were stunning and the owners and other guests were so friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Truly the best place you can stay in Sedona. After having to cancel my trip up to the grand canyon due to snow, Heather and Mark were able to modify my accommodations so I could get there a night early AND upgraded me to this sweet vortex suite. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during a snowstorm - large, comfy bed, a couch, tv, kitchenette. Heather was a gem and offered to go out and get food for us since she had 4WD. Even with the snow, I was able to walk right out the back and on to some hiking trails.
A+ breakfast, fantastic other guests, great location in Oak Creek. A truly memorable stay and can't wait to stay here again! Thanks so much!

Location was best in Sedona. Base of red rocks with trail right outside door. Breakfast and staff were amazing.
Stove would be than toaster oven, but everything else was excellent….not really a sad face, just comment!

We liked pretty much everything about Cozy Cactus. We stayed in Sedona Sky which a two bedroom unit for four nights over Christmas weekend. Everything in it was very well thought out and of good quality. Beds are king size and comfortable, shower is great with lots of hot water, toiletries and towels luxurious, there are ponchos for wearing on cold nights, a book of Sedona hikes, a flashlight, you name it. There are tons of books and games to chose from and we just loved the decorations. Breakfast was delicious with different kind of muffins every day. It was awesome having hiking trails right outside the backyard. Fire pit was very nice too. Mark and Heather are great and very easy to deal with. My questions were always answered promptly and they are very helpful with everything you might need.
The only downside was the lack of stove for cooking. There is a microwave and a toaster oven but I was counting on having a stove. It is possible to use the stove in Mark's kitchen, but still it would have been better to have one in the unit.

Amazing location, homey and fabulous Sedona decorated establishment with wonderful wildlife right in the backyard. The Vortex room had the best view of the mountains, comfy bed, thoughtful amenities, and was quiet. The hosts were just considerate, funny, and hospitable. I appreciate them so so much. Delicious breakfast!!! Scrumptious sangria. ;)
I got bit by mosquitos - but that is to be expected when surrounded by nature - especially during a rainy weekend. It wasnt too bad though - not inundated at all.

Mark and Tequila were amazing hosts. We were fortunate to get the balcony view and even changed dinner plans to enjoy the sunset views on the mountains - breathtaking! The venue is rustic in nature which made it very comfy and enjoyable. We'll definitely return!

Jack the owner, oops .. sorry Mark is a very hospitable individual who will get out of his way to make everything smooth and perfect.
The place is exactly what its name says, nothing more , nothing less. The view of the Bell Rock from the property is breathtaking. It's like you are really there. Amazing! See photos!
There is easy access to some of the hiking trails from the back of the property. The breakfast although limited due to the pandemic is healthy and energizing. We had a wonderful time here. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone without reservation. You won't regret it.
Big thank you to Mark and the wonderful people who work with him. See you next time!
Nothing. The place is simply pristine.
