Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities. Our room was large, light, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious and the complimentary toiletries were of a high quality. Very kind and helpful staff. We loved the mix of modern and antique furniture and decorations.
Nothing negative to mention.

I’ve stayed here twice and just love this hotel; it’s really beautifully designed, relaxing, rooms are comfy. I highly recommend

Excellent, healthy breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed and quiet, well-appointed room, close to everything, great art throughout...
Our sink drained really slowly, but was quite functional (we let management know when we checked out). We had to jiggle/tighten some cords to get the volume on our TV to work. Minor quirks (just like home, lol)

This hotel was fabulous. The rooms were so hip and clean, the view was fabulous (even caught a sunset!). The breakfast was delicious! So happy with this stay! We may return to Rockport just to stay here again!!!

Very stylish and modern boutique hotel with excellent location with views of ocean. Environmental conscious hotel that is detail oriented. Great rooftop, happy hour and light breakfast.

We stay here a couple times a year , mainly off season when the crowds have thinned. We love everything about the place …..comfort , location and friendly staff !!!
Unfortunately this trip wasn’t a great experience……we got placed in a room with small windows, and horrendous views. We are repeat customers.
The room…..bathroom sink did not drain , it filled up half way just brushing my teeth ! Rain shower is always a plus after walking all day , but……..your shower sprayer fixture is getting old and covered with mold around the nozzle!
The rug is kind of sad also!
Maybe time for a little maintenance!
Don’t like to complain but we do want to keep coming back .

The room and especially the bed were so comfortable. The location was idea because it was in the heart of the city. Enjoyed the lounge area.
Parking was a mess. We had to park two blocks down and walk to and from the hotel. They had a social hour that was limited to one free drink, which is fine but why not offer another either complimentary or at a price. The hotel has a fifth floor rooftop where anyone has access to include non residents which makes it unsafe at night because there is no security. The kicker was we paid booking dot com for our stay yet they asked us for a credit card for incidentals. When checking out the hostess charged us again, using the incidentals cc. We went back and questioned so they credited not only the incidentals cc but also booking cc. What a mess.

The room was called a “Cozy Room” and the least expensive so I thought it would be the size of a closet. It was a good sized room, the bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast was simple but healthy and high quality. Overall very nice

Loved the vibe of this hotel! View is great and beds cozy!
The carpet in the room and TV hard to figure out! It's very noisy with traffic in the morning as well.

Not a bed and breakfast. Great roof deck. Clean large rooms. Nice rainfall shower. Should extend and expand bar service tho.
