My stay was awful and nothing like I expected.

Location. Less traffic on the north end.

Was nothing like the description and it was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable and the tub was filthy. We were placed in another building not even attached to the main building. Unsupervised and the staff never told us we needed a code to get in. The directions provided were not clear and it took us 30 min to find the correct building. Waste of money and I requested oceanfront but was sold an ocean view. Very disappointing. The furniture was old and not clean enough to sit on. My husband and I were exhausted from the drive and no energy to complain.

we were very disappointed with the facility. Nice staff but dirty, outdated and several things inoperable.

The location was excellent.

Room was dirty, old and dingy hallways. Hot tubs didn't work.

proximity to beach

booked as ocean view. thought it was on the beach but it was a short walk. the park was closed but when booked it did not disclose this until time for arrival.

I like the location was near the beach room had two toilets and two sinks the room was very roomy enough to hold all five of us.

The room I stayed in had a smell of Oder like a old building smell paint was chipping off the walls in the bathroom looks like mold under paint.

Tower 1 Suites mess

Pools were nice and kids water play yard.

Tower 1 suites. Rented two rooms.. Both rooms had same issues. Rooms were on two different floors.Rooms were not what was pictured in the ads.Rooms were not clean when we entered. My daughter in law and myself had to clean them . Bathrooms were not clean. Floors had to be sweep and mopped . Wiped everything down. You have to take your towels to the main building to get clean ones. If they are available. Sometimes you had to wait hours for them.There main focus in on the main buildings. They cater to them first. Tower suites are treated as second class citizens. Staff was rude. Acted like you were uninvited guest. If you are going to stay here make sure you are in the main building. Paid almost $3,000.

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a light sleeper.

The location was beautiful. There is a good selection of amenities.

We stayed on the 1st floor of a villa, and we could hear the people walking above our head. All the loud walking and bumping around made it difficult to rest peacefully.

Everything!!!!! I did not book the room that they booked for us! I expected a two bedroom nice comfortable oceanfront view with balcony & we got put in a 1 bedroom villa...like something I would book for bike fest with the girls on a last minute decision. Neighbors played loud music all damn night. I paid almost $700 for my booking & didn’t get what I booked. I was livid with booking.com after switching my room without giving me the option to decline or accept. Our first family trip of the year & it was ruined by booking. Booking.com do better!!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
