The room was very spacious! Especially for NYC standards. And the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean, and check in was quick.
Hotel is connected to a restaurant and on the weekend nights it can get noisy depending on where your room is.

Good sized room for a small family, with a cot/pack and play all ready to go. The staff were super helpful as well, making sure we had all we needed after our 30 hours of traveling.

Das Studio hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten . Sehr warm , wir waren zu Advent da , daher wichtig , gute Anbindung an die Öffis. Viele Lokale rundherum
Nur um was zum Jammern zu finden , die Heizung war laut .

The room was great, open and spacious! I believe we were given an upgrade but not sure what the other rooms look like. We were in 206.

Spacious and comfortable studio close to subway and ferry to Manhattan. A little bit of a hike, but not too bad and not Manhattan prices. Plus you get the benefit of Greenpoint being a lovely neighborhood in its own right, especially its older Polish restaurants. Also nice, unexpected touches like decorating the room with antique cameras. I would highly recommend.
Had a problem with the refrigerator, which was fixed, but situation could have been handled better. The fitness room is very limited (and very dark). But having any kind of fitness room was a bit of a bonus.

Greenpoint is a great neighborhood and easy to get to the G train to go elsewhere in NYC. Lots of restaurants and spots nearby. Room was large by NYC standards - so good value there.
Noise from the hydraulic elevator. Poor noise insulation near the hallway entry door (seems to be typical of NYC hotels oddly). Elevator was slow and I dont think you can take the stairs to go up and down. Room was on basement level, so quiet, but no view. Large room and price and quality made up for that - not going to NYC for the view; going to see the city!

Air conditioner very noisy in room

Perfect location. We wanted to change the room after the first night (it was located in the basement). Anna from the reception did an amazing job to find us a room on the second floor at no extra cost. We also really enjoyed the romantic dinner we had at Madre.
It would have nice to be warned that the room we booked was in the basement. Albeit spacious and modern, the fact that we didn't have any direct light was an important factor to ask for an alternative. I felt a bit claustrophobic during the night...

The location is perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful - I especially love that they remember me and my daughter after fairly lengthy periods. The rooms are clean and perfectly appointed.
The elevator can be loud when in a room abutting.

Loved the restaurant and the cleanliness. The bed was extremely comfortable and open floor plan was nice.
Parking was tough. I had to park a couple blocks away.

Room was very comfortable, bed was great and shower was excellent. Great location.
Toilet paper quality was poor

location was perfect for visiting friends in Greenpoint. Room was super spacious for two friends! Loved the gym and water machine offered down there.
couch bed had one leg that was broken, so made for a slightly haphazard overnight experience. Room radiator/heater was extremely loud so would wake us up a few times per night.

great rooms, location for our needs _Friendly staff
bar not open beginning of week. No morning coffee.

large room for 3. clean. quiet safe neighborhood. sufficient silverware and dishes. a basic but sufficient gym. good housekeeping service.
air conditioner is noisy at night. sound insulation need to be improved as noise from next door guests.
4.4
noisy heating / very loud air conditioning in the rooms!

clean
I am staying there for 7 night and last night I ask for late checkout they refused to do that without charges
4.4
very nice spacious rooms, centrally located. only two floors tall.
you can hear everything between the rooms. the floors (while very nice hardwood) were uneven/sloped and I tripped and almost fell three times heading from the bedroom to kitchen! all the stairwells say ‘emergency exit only’ and the elevator is super slow. frustrating when the whole hotel is only two floors tall. would love to save energy and take the stairs!

The rooms were clean, thoughtfully designed, and staff were very helpful. The sauna was fun!
The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but that is to be expected with a sofa bed.
4.4
large and nice rooms, great for extended stays.
staff could be more helpful. location is a little off.
