Great stay had issue above is people fighting ruined one night of sleep for my child graduation!!

Great room but poor bath.

Comfortable beds and space. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Breakfast was pleasant.

The shower was clogged and filled with water when we arrived. The faucet leaked profusely and lacked pressure. The pull out couch-bed was uncomfortable for sleeping due to springs..

Not what I expected out of a newer hotel

Location and a decent breakfast were the only things good.

Staff was nowhere to be found at check in. Finally showed up after ten minutes. The pool wasn’t working and every ice machine was broken. The queen suite is just a room with a couch at the end of the beds.

The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was the most polite and personable individual I have ever encountered at a hotel desk. He spoke to my family as though they were his own family.

Staff was as helpful as hey could be with a full hotel in getting us a room that wasn't broken

It was good

Heat did not work in the room. TV also did not work. Booking.com does not communicate to the hotel what type of room you requested so it is better to just book directly with the hotel to avoid getting the wrong type of room

Very disappointed.

The view.

The floor in our room was not vacuumed at all - There was food and garbage on the carpet when we got there. Before we left the next morning, we left the chairs out of place so that the corner and under the desk could be vacuumed. When we got back to our room, the chairs were put back, one large piece of trash was picked up but everything else (food crumbs under desk, broken pretzel on the floor next to the bed, and dust and crumbs in the corner behind the chair and table) were all still there! So, that proves that our room was not cleaned properly. Aside from the floor being filthy, the TV remote and coffee maker were dirty and cruddy. Also, the white comforters were disgusting! The tops of them (near the head of bed) were stained and dingy looking - So gross! If you're going to have white bed linens, you should really make sure they are cleaned!
