short and sweet.

We liked the flat very much. very well decorated and a great place to unwind. 3rd st shops and restaurants were very nice.

only stairs to get up to the second floor flat so quite a climb with luggage.

Charming apartment in McMinnville!

We loved the charming decor of our one bedroom flat on the second floor of the building. It was easy to pick up the keys at the hotel nearby. We found the apartment very relaxing with room to spread out a bit and with a kitchen to use. Coffee and tea were provided and we could walk all over McMinnville to shop and eat.

We did not know ahead of time that we had to carry our bags up many stairs, but we only had carry on bags, so that was no problem.

noise from outside and squeaky floors from people walking above at 6am on Saturday morning (old building so not much to be done about it)

Good location but be prepared for lack of sleep!

location to the downtown area

the bed was very poor quality and far too soft. The location was so noisy sleeping was impossible, between trucks with generators under the window and homeless people screaming obscenities at passing cars.

Very enjoyable stay in this charming town in the heart of wine country

Despite a couple of shortcomings mostly due to building's age and location, will stay again.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The beds are huge and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. The living room is very grand.

Noisy outside in the middle of the night - single pane windows do not block the noise at all. The bathroom is tiny. There is no dedicated parking. There is no elevator.

Great location and unique flat, but some of the furnishings, bedding and towels need upgrading

Phenomenal location and quiet building

At $300-$375/night, we expected a luxury property; however, the furnishings were less than expected and the pillows, towels, etc. were really poor quality

Very nice facility and great location to experience 3rd street McMinnville.

All very acceptable.

The stairs were extremely steep and difficult to manage our luggage. I also thought I had requested two bathrooms, however, the flat we were given only had one.

A great alternative to a hotel !

I loved the instant feeling of comfort I got as soon as I walked in. Although our stay was shorter than we wanted, being there allowed us to relax and enjoy the welcome treats while thumbing through the different books on the shelves. We look forward to coming back for a longer visit.

We liked the flat and the location.

No breakfast. Liked the location.

When we arrived the unit reeked of weed. We called and a women brought some air freshener spray we opened the windows and left them open.

Luxurious anniversary stay

We loved the decor and the spaciousness of the flat. The bed was comfortable too. Lovely!

we are seniors celebrating our 49th anniversary! We stayed in Flat 10 and climbed a total of 45 steps several times as we came & went. we survived!!

Our Experience

I like the fact it’s a private apartment. Very nice, easy to walk around downtown. There was music downtown the night we arrived. We ate at 1882 Grille on the roof. You could here the music and watch people. Good time

Just a side note: Down below was noisy, but there is a bar on corner. Can’t control that. Not about the property, but almost every restaurant is closed on Monday.

Nice place -bad location

Nice and clean. Comfortable. Decorated nice

Location. Loading zone across the street. They come around 5 am and it’s loud. Garbage pickup is super loud early in the morning. Very loud and disruptive loiters all night long. Screaming and yelling makes it super hard to sleep. It was every single night! Very disappointing because the place is nice other than that.

Recently refurbished, very sleek design, fully equipped kitchen feels like an appartment

It was during the heatwave and the additional AC machines were huge and noisy and not very efficient and the power kept being cut as not planned for AC

Lovely Apartment in Wine Country

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Perfect place to explore wine country with family. Provided a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates as well!

There were a number of 3rd street flat locations. The instructions to get the key could have been more clear.

Lovely town

Such a lovely town! We were enchanted with everything. Our flat was perfect for our stay. All tho we did not cook the kitchen was well supplied. The bed was dreamy, the coffee delicious and the body care products were perfect. We will be back!

Amazing place! If / when we come back to Oregon, we will stay here!

Super cute apartment. Very welcoming and inviting. All the essentials available. Full kitchen and appliances. Wish we could stay longer!

The bathroom is pretty small, but it is a studio apartment ....
