The staff at check-in was wonderful and welcoming. Our yurt was fun and perfect for our afternoons after hiking in Yosemite. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the beds nice and toasty in the morning chill.
Bed Linens were supplied as part of the plan, contrary to expectations.
There were a few issues that brought the rating down. Here in order of annoyance:
1- I booked many months in advance (and was happy to get ANYthing in the area). But then the Booking.com reservation turned into an iterative marketing platform - must have had 20 email messages all trying to get me to commit to membership to this camp. As they came in as messages from the property, I had to check them to make sure they weren't cancelling my reservation or altering something, but it was just more ads. It was irritating.
2- It was about 50 deg. F in the mornings, and we couldn't get the gas stove lit, despite following the instructions.
3- Wifi. We were told it was spotty, and there was a pay wall for it. Didn't see a pay wall, so got free, very weak, and very intermittent signals. If we were outside, we could get a few bars, but it would kick us off regularly. If we'd been paying for it, I would have been more unhappy. There was no cell service, so wifi was more important than ever, and in this day not having some level of reliable connection for maps and communications is ... sad.

Yurt was a really good size with good facilities. Site games were great. Staff were very helpful.
4.0
The Yurt was spacious. We were 6 people - 5 Adults and a 15 year old. The A/C worked fine, the kitchen has the basics for simple cooking. Also has a grill on the porch. We enjoyed the view of the surrounding mountains when sitting outside the Yurt. We had problems with one of the electrical outlets upon arrival, but it was fixed immediately. The employees at the reception and all around the Campground were all very friendly and helpful.
The foldout couch in our Yurt could do with an update (it looked like it has been broken before and repaired) and we missed having a big water jug.

Yurt was very dirty. Old coffee grounds in the coffee pot . Floor was dirty.

Was unable to lock front door from the inside. Left note at office, but was not fixed.

The Yurts was a perfect place to stay after long hours of drive to Yosemite. The kitchen and grill were useful since we want to prepare our own meals.
The heater stopped working in the middle of our first night. We have to wait for the following morning to report the issue. The staff we able to fix it for the second nightZ
