overall great experience, will use again

breakfast was good. served and refilled warm the entire time. Kitchen staff was warm spirited and friendly - Didn't look like they were just doing a job.

The whirlpool / Jet tab by the pool was not available for use and it looked old or rusty too. Might be that was the reason it wasn't working. An newer installation will be a complement to guests. we had to settle for the pool.

More than I wanted to spend but I guess everything is more expensive these days.

Granddaughter really liked mini waffles.

Rowdy kids in swimming pool were not taken care of after repotting them to front desk.

Unimpressed with this hotel! ☹️

Location was great-handy to grocery store, restaurants, highway.

The desk clerk was sitting on the lower counter the morning we departed. She acted like this was no big deal. Very unprofessional in our opinion. She and another staff person talked non stop. The breakfast attendant was”Mia” so items were not replaced quickly. They were NOT busy while we were eating. Desk clerk on arrival was also not attentive. Staff needs training!!!

Very disappointed, especially for the price. Please do not advertise a hot tub that’s never in working condition. Redo c

Hot Tub wasn’t working, staff informed us it rarely does and is likely being removed, this was the only reason we picked this place. Also the carpet tiling in the room was peeling up/not sealed down. At one point when filling the bath the water came out a rusted brown color and took about 15 mins before running clear again.

Exceptional

Everything, except the floor under the bathroom sink was not clean...there was debri that hadn't been cleaned up. But we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Overall a pretty good stay!

The staff was GREAT!

The beds I did not find comfortable. I couldn’t find blinds on the window so it was bright in our room at 6am. Also a bar would be nice for $275 a night.

The breakfast was amazing! The beds were comfy. Staff was helpful!

The hot tub was advertised but when we asked, we were told that it had been down for a long time. The pool was cold. There was a dead bird on the patio. There was mold on the table bases in the pool room.

very comfortable stay. I just didn’t get much sleep because of the doors slamming.

I liked almost everything about it. Very clean and secure.

The only thing I was not happy with was doors, slamming all night long. Kept waking me up numerous times.

Hotel was very nice but very little sound proofing in the walls and doors. Could hear everything. Breakfast was really goo.

Front staff where not most pleasant and not always sure of what they were doing.

Excellent food and facilities

Both the Receptionist and the Maintenance staff made sure our room door was securely locked by fixing a hinge and screw and checked on us .😊

Need security cameras on each floor. Young Hockey players used the hallways for puck “ dashing”. They did get quiet by 9 or 10 pm .

dirty room, pool area very slippery, expensive for what you get

Location is good. Waffles good.

My room was dirty. I found food in the fridge, socks and vicks on side of bed, and blood on the pillow case. Which i didn't notice until I was going to sleep- gross. Pool area was sooo slippery. Hazardous flooring, I am not sure why they used such slippery tile. My daughter fell. Breakfast they were out of a lot of items. For $200/night this was a crappy hotel. After my stay I did see several other reviewers noting dirty rooms and pool area being slippery. I will not stay here again and do not recommend.

built in 2016, it was even updated - and very welcoming and comfortable. Staff was fantastic friendly and very willing to go out of way to help! definitely would stay there again- one of nicer Hampton Inns that I’ve stayed in.

The bathroom door not locking or even staying closed. Cool concept but needs to latch closed. The bed. They were not queens, they were full or double beds. I would have preferred one bigger bed.
