Hotel is overpriced service is terribly unfriendly. Lots of hidden costs in the hotel, they don’t even give you a small bottle of water per person in the room.

Clean, comfortable. A $26 breakfast? Are you kidding?
You should say more clearly that you, the guest, valet your car. I left my car in front, went in and was told I had to move my car. Regardless if it being the lot next door. Sort of first meet and greet and I’m being told what to do rather than being the guest and cared for.
I had made my reservation on booking. Com and my husband, who was not traveling with me, texted me to remind me that he had a Marriott membership number and texted it to me. But the stay was not transferrable because he was not with me. Ridiculous. And yet another experience of, the guest doesn’t matter. A Marriott member guest at that. A family member ought to count.

Great room, very clean, excellent housekeeping. Quiet despite the location.

Solid building, comfortable bed/pillow. It was quiet. Good restaurant/staff.
Bar was a little old fashioned. No mocktails or newer low/non-alcoholic beers.

Location is fantastic. Valet parking next to hotel. Quiet and comfortable.
Limited restaurant hours. There is uber eats and other delivery though.

For the price it’s has not much to offer. You can hear the pipes in the middle of the night - most likely old pipes. For as many families that stay there -you would think they would have a fridge in the room. We had to stay there to be close to Harvard but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Very clean and staff was super friendly. Loved having bar/restaurant right in lobby.

Breakfast was good ! Location was adequate !
Heat in room was uneven. Found it too cold or very hot . Couldn't regulate it to an even temperature.

beautiful building in a wonderful location

The location was fabulous: Everything we wanted to see and do was nearby, and we enjoyed our walks through The Harvard Yard, Harvard Square and by the river.
The bedroom was comfortable and the bed super cosy!
I found the bathroom too small and cramped....
and although there was an in-room coffee machine, the supplies of tea and coffee and milk were lacking.
I thought the room was overpriced...

Convenient location, nice view from our room.
Shower in our room did not function, the lever was frozen.
Breakfast croissants were sub par (I’m a baker).
