Good

Breakfast was bare minimum. Adequate with minimal selections.

My stay here was OK.

The only staff member that we saw was nice and helpful but he appeared to be overworked. The first room had a large hole at the base of the wall and had an aroma that was not pleasant to us. The night manager gave us another room upstairs which much better.

The grounds of this hotel was trashy and littered with fast food bags, plastic bottles ect.. The stairs and hallways were also filthy. Maybe there is a staffing shortage but the place could use some cleaning. Our room on the other hand was nice and clean.

Safe and comfortable close to freeway access. You get what you pay for.

Smelled a little like urine-didn’t like the breakfast selections. Not a lot of choices and only grape jelly for waffles.

Absolutely horrendous

Staff wasn’t very professional. Asked management to get the room cleaned and the lady cleaning told maintenance that we asked her not to clean which was not the case. Towels were extremely dirty. We asked to get more towels and the manager said that all of the towels were in the wash. When they brought it to our room they were all stained. The floors and tiles were always wet every night. This made me very nervous as my mom just had surgery so I was nervous she’d fall and hurt herself in the middle of the night when going to the restroom. The outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was missing a toilet roll holder. It took forever to get the hot water running in the shower. We asked for more shampoo and conditioner and we never got it. We complained to the manager and his response was “I’ll be happy to check you out right now.” Instead of trying to address the issues

Easy check in, good price for what u get.

That my brother n law I convinced to change hotels had to switch rooms. 1st room had boogers on walls. The 2nd room had trash under night stand and bathroom needed cleaning. The 2nd room was taken care of and able to stay in the one. Also it showed pool was open and it was not. That was the purpose of going and price.

No elevator. The halls and entrance smelled like weed. Red Stain on the bed sheets in one room. The sheets had mold. The shower curtain had mold too. TV remotes did not work in 2 of the 3 rooms.

Looks good but needs better cleaning.

The first room we were given had a bath tub that was black with mold. The next room had urine around the toilet which we cleaned up rather than move again. The doors need rehung. They are hard to close.

it was good! we did see a fight in the hallway one night of our stay though, which was scary

The hotel staff is always so polite, the place always looks clean and smells clean. Great Job

Everyone is always so nice, this is our favorite place to stay when we come to town!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Bed was ok. Room size was ok.

Facilities on ground floor needs some attention. In my handicap bathroom, the door couldn't close; shower head kept falling off of the wall, and the whole bathroom floor doesn't slope towards the drain; curtains in room could use a cleaning. Several crickets!

Probably wouldn’t Recommendt this hotel

the room was clean

tv didn’t work and we are very old with bad backs they put us on the second floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry all our luggage up and down which is hard. desk clerk at night time when we checked in spoke very poor English it was hard to understand her but she was nice.
