Could not ever get any help or any from the staff.
Sent emails to the location for assistance after the booking dates and no one answered.
Terrible staff

I liked that the hotel was close to the 75 and I can just get on right after I got gas.
I didn't like that the room was all the way in the back after I told the clerk I had to use the bathroom REALLY BAD, and I arranged for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like someone just got finish smoking in the room. I didn't like that at all!

comfortable bed
the room was "clean" but we had a cockroach in the bathroom. the carpet wasn't well cleaned because we found a dead cockroach smashed on the floor. It seems the motel is under renovation.

the only thing good about this place is the location.

nothing
Hotel was dirty, very dirty and that was just the lobby. The clerks could not get the computer to work and after waiting for quite some time we left advising the clerk who was still working on the computer to cancel our reservation. They still charged us for the room and we are still trying to get our money back! Can’t believe Booking.com has them listed at all.

Staff
EVERYTHING else. Everywhere you looked it was dirty and I guarantee that place would not pass any kind of health/safety inspection.

The bed slept good when I slept.
Entry was blocked by multiple vehicle preventing parking near door. Broke down car on stands next to handicap parking which was occupied by full time renter and appeared not to have been moved for sometime. Overgrown parking at rear. Gutted room debris next to pool. Cables hanging on walls outside rooms. Poor remodeling practices everywhere. Would not stay here again. Terrible

The toilet doesn't flush... The smell of the corridor and the room is awful. They charged $50 deposit, and told me they refunded me when I left, but I haven't received it after several days.

The water was leaking from the bathtub/ and or sink to downstairs was advised after packing of the incident. We were unable to shower the next morning. Yes, we were offer another room, but that was an inconvenience to pack up and then unpack to go to another room

You could every movement in the hall. Felt like being rushed out.

Nothing
This place is gutted. It should not be open during this much remodelling. At most this is a $19 hotel or meant to be rented hourly.

No ice machine, Lobby doesn’t look as nice as picture, it’s clean but could look more appealing. Doors could use chain locks, so you can open the door but it’s still locked.
