Nothing
Everything
If you want a place that caters to drug users and prostitution this is the spot.
3.2
location
AC is too loud.
3.2
Location. Staff was super nice. Bed was comfortable.
Very worn out property. Needs a refresh. Room was tired, needs paint and repairs to drywall etc.
3.2
Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars and even grocery stores walking distance away. It was only 5 mins from where my son’s basketball tournament was. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a patio door to load and unload the car. Breakfast was decent. Great value! Super affordable.
The bed mattress and pillows were not the comfiest. The only downside of our stay. But it was a great value so
can’t complain/expect too much.

good and nice

I liked the convenience of the location. Close to the stores and close to the family I was visiting. I was very appreciate that my request for no scent (no perfumed soap, fabric softener on the sheets or towels, no air freshner etc.) was adhered to
CLEANLINESS COULD HAVE INCREASED 110%. We could not draw the curtains properly, there was only about maybe 10 curtain hooks to hang the curtains so they were drooping all over. It needs about 30 hooks or more. The heater vent was filthy and rusty. The blowdryer in the bathroom I would not touch with a 10 ft pole. There was dirt streaks on the inside of the bathroom door and the bottom of the white door was gray in colour (dirt) The bathroom ceiling was peeling and dirty. There was no plug for the tub. We stayed for one extra night than what we had originally booked and it cost more than it should have. I was told it was because it was a Friday before a holiday weekend. 4 days 3 nights was 245.00 incl. tax (which by the way was on Boxing Day + A HOLIDAY) but the one extra day was 132.00. Does that make sense? Not to me! The lighting was terrible, we took the shades off and still did not have enough light so I went out and bought clear bulbs for us to use while there. They did not wash the floor at all while we were there and one day had not cleaned at all, only the beds were made. The crumbs were still all over the desk when we arrived and the overflowing garbage can had not been picked and neither were the dirty towels on the floor picked up. The bedroom ceiling has water marks and is very dirty. The bolt lock was missing a screw (which they fixed when told) and the light switches and doorknobs etc were dirty. SO MUCH FOR SPOT CLEANING DUE TO COVID.

There were available rooms
The place was run down, sketchy people hanging around, our door wasn’t closing properly, no phone in room, etc
3.2
A lot of young transient people looked like they were living there. It appeared like they were doing drugs on the property. A bit sketchy. The room for a couple only had one easy chair and a poor office chair. Should have 2 soft chairs. Bed had 3 pillows should have been 4 pillows. Breakfast that was included wasn’t very inviting like a restaurant area should be. Room didn’t look very organized
3.2
The location is pretty much the only thing I like about this place and the woman working the afternoon shift. Super nice and very good looking.
The description of the room or the room needs updating. Description says tea/coffee maker room didn't have it, description said seating area room no room areaq
3.2
Noises and smell of smoking weeds from other rooms at night.
3.2
The location that's about it. Hard to write 2 or 3 sentences about the location. Very good location.
The fact that I stayed for the same number of nights a week prior and it was cheaper and I'm checking ahead to see prices for another possible stay a Thursday to Sunday stay and its almost $200 cheaper. How the prices vary so much from week to week for the same days. $418 for a room at a 2☆ hotel
3.2
The breakfast was good. Lots of food choices for guests and the breakfast room was easy to find just behind the front desk.
Maybe breakfast can be extended to 10:am instead of 9:30 am
3.2
The lady at the front desk was very kind.
The room was dirty (mold in the shower, stains in the carpet, used toilet paper roll on the counter (broken holder), hair in the bed). The wifi was down. We were travelling internationally so wifi was important in booking the hotel. The room had one large towel. The phone did not work to call the front desk for extras. The curtain rod was bent and let in light. The electrical covers were coming off the wall. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The hallway smelled like smoke. There were three outlets in the room, only one had space to charge a phone as the others had the lamps and mini fridge plugged in. The available one was because of an extension cube.
3.2
Location
Bit run down Tv didn’t work. Could use some TLC.
3.2
You got a free breakfast
You had to kick the bottom of the door to the room to get it to open . Way to tight at the top .Holes in the wall in the room . Unsafe electrical outlet by the TV. Cracks in the wall in the washroom and no caulking around tub surround . Busted foot of the bed . It says no smoking and all you could smell was smoke & weed in the hallway. It's prity bad when the server in the restaurant down the road advises you to sleep on top of the bed . We were told it's known for bedbugs . I didn't see any but my wife is sure she has bites. NEVER AGAIN
3.2
Cleanliness, comfort.
Nothing.
3.2
It was close to the events that we attended.
Some sketchy people hanging around in the parking lot at night
3.2
It was nice hotel if you want economic trip to Niagara… the hotel have good bed, all necessary things and breakfast option too… the hotel is beside Toyota car showroom so security is up to mark
The hotel have not very strong air conditioning and you have to take stairs as there is no lift…. So if you are carrying big luggage you should have help. Lastly, the carpet in the room and lobby is dirty and lighting could have been better
3.2
I was bitten by bugs.
Not clean
3.2
Breakfast was good
Real Butter could have been provided at breakfast
Also the windows in the entire facility were filthy.
3.2
Location , price
Breakfast could be better. More choices like eggs, bacon, sausage, more fruit other than apples
3.2
Staff was very friendly and always took time to give a warm reception
I felt like the room was clean but I had to ask for toilet paper and bath towels as there were none. It wasn't a big deal as the employee on shift was accommodating and pleasant.
3.2
The room was very clean staff was excellent breakfast was good
Nothing really to complain about
3.2
Location was excellent for the area we were travelling
Sheets had black stains on them and only one bath towel in the room for a family asked front desk which was a nice girl and tried to be helpful but there were no towels available
3.2
Location was good. Seating was a little cramped
Little mini fridge in room would have been great and perhaps some type of clock near beds.
3.2
The breakfast was okay, the location was excellent.
The whole hotel is very tired and needs to be updated. They only gave us 2 towels for 2 adults and they were small and worn out.
3.2
Good location. Good breakfast. Bath water big.
The air conditioner is very noisy. No elevator.
3.2
Breakfast is pretty basic
Technician should be on site
3.2
The location, it was close to where I needed to be. Continental breakfast is good.
The whole place needs a make over.
3.2
The room was hygienic and mattresses were comfortable
The room was very basic. No coffee machine or even coffee sachets with a kettle in the room. No water bottles. Complimentary breakfast was mentioned in the booking - and all that was served was muffins, bagel etc. and a make-it-yourself pancake station. Really tarnishing the Wyndham brand name.
3.2
Location
There were stains on the towels and bed linen, the pillows did not have pillow covers and the duvets were not covered. They had wheelchair parking, but the rooms had patio doors that could not be locked from the outside so I had to walk all the way around the building with a walker to get my car.
3.2
Above from what I expected, experienced is great..
none
