The night person was rude when I arrived. I have a service animal and he insisted that it didn’t matter and charged me $

Felt like a hotel for a hooker.

The staff was not professional looking. I found dirty underware in the room , the carpet was torn by the bathroom , the ac has seen better days, The beds where like sleeping on a slate .

Everything was worn out and the toliet seat was loose.

Not worth it!!

Close proximity to what we were doing. Outside was clean. Decent furniture. Microwave worked.

Carpets were filthy. AC was not situated in the right area of the room and didn’t really keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Mini refrigerator didn’t really keep food cool. Bed was uncomfortable, you could hear springs as you moved, top mattress, kept sliding off box spring. Staff/manager or owner was rude. There was a misunderstanding, she instantly put her finger up, shook it in my face and proceeded to make sure to prove me wrong, flashing her phone in my face. It was not a comfortable situation. But because I had already prepaid I dealt with it. BUT WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!

It was an inexpensive motel and everything reflected that.

There was a late check-in. The administrative aspect was easy.

The air conditioner was really noisy. There were no hangers. It was strange to have a required security deposit; I have never experienced that before.

the gentleman attending us while booking the room was polite and friendly. the rooms where clean and the overall look my girlfriend liked.

The beds were comfortable. Air conditioner was functioning well. Not noisy. Some free environment. The front office greeter was friendly and helpful. Overall, for a one day stay, it was good. : )

To dark during the day. No privacy when curtains are open. The shower had a cloth shower curtain only. The height of the toilet seat was too low.

No mention of a 50$ cash deposit. Bed was placed lengthwise along the wall. Shower head was held together with masking tape

I will never book here again. I was charge for the day even though I was told I can’t stay.

Nothing at all.

The staff was unprofessional and rude. she wanted to make sure that I didn’t have a boyfriend and/or husband because in her words “they cause problems”. She wasn’t willing to accommodate me and my children.

Location provided easy access to 78. Office person was friendly and when I inquired about coffee in the morning, he made some and called the room when it was ready both mornings. Room clean and well maintained.

No coffee pot in the room(personal preference).

You should of refunded my reservation when I canceled it. You guys are ripoffs. Hacienda and booking.com should have refunded my reservation. You guys suck .

Horrifically dirty

The room had a horrific stain….on dark blue carpet. We suspect it was blood. What else could stain a dark blue carpet…the sheets were stained suspiciously yellow in spots. There were hairs on the pillow cases

one of the worst hotels in California

All is bad in this hotel.

the rooms smell so bad, blankets are with holes. the air conditioning is extremely noise. The attendant was extremely rude with me. it was a last book. I was going to a mountain bike race in Escondido and it’s forbidden to bring the bikes inside the room. He told me to leave the bike on the street. finally I pay another hotel a small quantity to leave the bike in an office they were having.
