Spacious room, nice to have a sink for a kitchen. There was no personnel but the interaction through textmessage was swift and very helpful.

Unfortunately we saw two cockroaches in the room.

♥️My stay was nothing short of pleasant!

This property is truly a gem. It was in a very safe area and well manicured, very clean and taken care of. I had some issues checking in and I was contacted immediately after reaching out. When I arrived I was able to get in my room and an older man by the name of Peter was extremely helpful in making sure I had what I needed. The room was cozy and clean. and, I slept like a newborn. Such a quaint and comfortable stay. I will most definitely be back.

had kitchen facility with large fridge and freezer. Plenty of room for us two. pet friendly.. close to where we needed to be. very reasonable price for what you get.. older facility but clean.

it was good except for the bathroom

it was conveniently located and very clean and beds were comfortable

the bathroom!!! a huge step up that I couldn’t use so the owner/manager came and brought us a lawnmower ramp, worked but very awkward and couldn’t shut door so had to move it to get in and then again to get out.

It is a great place to stay in Safety Harbor.

I had a great stay here. The location and the room were great. The amenities in the room were exceptional. It had everything I needed. The manager, E, was very friendly and thoughtful. I will sure stay here on my next trip to Safety Harbor.

Quiet get away spot.

Pet fee should be a damage fee not an automatic charge for every night. Put the fee on irresponsible pet owners, not ALL pet owners. And if you charge a fee use the fee, shampoo, clean and repair damages.

We would stay here again!

This is a very quaint, small facility. We liked having a kitchenette in the room, which included a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was comfortable and the TV was great. The location was very close to the beautiful Philippe Park and many restaurants. The staff was very attentive to our needs. We really liked the ease of entry and the fact that the door lock automatically engaged the deadbolt after a few minutes.

The carpet was worn and somewhat stained, but when we mentioned it, we were told that they were taking all of the carpeting out of the units. It was clear to see that they were working on updating the entire facility.

What a perfect, quaint place to stay - it was quiet, clean and in a beautiful location - will definitely come again!

The location was perfect! We were within 15-25 minutes (by car) of everywhere we wanted to go! the kitchenette was perfect for breakfast and late night tea.

caterpillar droppings on sidewalks and I’m sure grass areas. need to spray hibiscus bushes and put aluminum foil around oaks trees to keep them from crawling up the tree. no stove in suite only microwave.

Small, clean and cozy with nice and helpful staff. No amenities outside the room.

It was very clean and cozy. Nice people. I loved the code on the door vs having a key card. Easy access to the car from the room.

I expected it to be bigger. The bathroom was right next to the bed. From the description I thought it would be in an area where we could walk to restaurants and outdoor activities. It was near the water, but you had to walk quite a ways to get there. No amenities beyond the room.

this was perfect for travellers passing through for 1 night.

contactless setup. this was amazing during this pandemic. we could arrive at our leisure and not need to wait for lineups. room was very clean and bed was comfortable.
