Beautiful old, restored building, lots of original art work, great location. The room was large and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and nelpful.
Instructions for how to operate the shower, which, once I figured out how to work it, was great.

Staff at front desk, the gentleman who cleaned our room and Nancy at the bar.
Wish there had been an elevator. However, the young man at the desk graciously helped us get our luggage upstairs.

Excellent location. You can walk to all the small city sites. The 10 room boutique hotel had wonderful staff that assisted us on all requests. Room was exceptionally clean for such an old building. Ample free parking right out back. Wonderful oversized tub and rain shower. Excellent room coffee.
Our room air conditioner would not stay on, but it was manageable…just had to keep turning it back on. The free standing wet room needed a bath mat to step on when stepping down to the carpeted floor. Bed pillows were to large and firm for my preference. No option for hot water for tea in room, but staff were gracious and provided hot water for me whenever I asked. Two stories with no elevator…you may want to ask for a first floor room. With all that, I would definitely stay there again, overall a lovely experience.

This is a boutique hotel in a lovely old building in a lovely old town. Our room had a wild shower with a big tub for two. Everything is in walking distance. Room does not include breakfast.

Old building with modernized rooms; very cool; biggest open air shower (with no separation walls) that I’ve ever encountered. Great bar!
Not a dislike, but old building means no elevator to second floor rooms. Not really an issue for us, but for others, may need to request a 1st floor room if it is.

The staff were hospital and kind. The beds were super comfy! And, the decor/design was lovely. Thank you!
Our room was right by the check in desk, so it was a little noisy.

Unique, comfortable, quiet
No elevator

Arrangement of the bedside tables, charging station should be on both sides of the bed. Also the only way to turn on or off the bedside lights was to get out of bed and flip the wall switch. I had to use my cell phone flashlight to get up in the night because rhere was no way toturn on the light. Vintage lighting around the mirror made it hard to use the mirror.

The suite was so eclectic, and my wife loved it! The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The value of our stay cannot be put into a dollar amount...it was priceless! We look forward to our next stay!

Decor is great, but getting a little worn around the edges. The bed was very comfortable and the bed covering was just the right weight.
Some wear and tear starting to show. Shower dripped constantly in the 2nd room I was in. Which brings me to my biggest issue: the 1st room AC didn't work very well and the front desk clerk was skeptical. Her attitude was not very helpful and I had to suggest changing rooms, which she seemed to resist. It didn't happen until I suggested refunding $ and I would change hotels. In this boutique, specialty type hotel, I expect more.

The room that I reserved was not available. I reserved the King Suite that was supposed to have a balcony. The only rooms with a balcony are the condominiums

I loved the boutique style hotel experience at a such a great value. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The bedding was cozy and gave off a family guest room feel rather than typical hotel feel. I enjoyed interior design and decor very much. I travel for business frequently, and this is the best hotel experience I’ve had thus far.

The character of the building.
Rooms were poorly lit and dirty. The place smelt.
