No early breakfast ready. Old coffee, stale bagel, or cold kids cereal. Nothing fresh or hot
No Help moving my stuff to new room because refrigerator and TV did not work in first room.

The kids loved the bog pool! The breakfast was adequate and appreciated.
There could have been better/more options for breakfast.

Mostly everything..
We didn't care for the sheets.

The lady who checked us in was the only competent employee and the breakfast was tolerable.
The rest of the staff, the mold in my shower, the poor water pressure, and the list goes on. Also there was a gap in our door that you could see through.

Did not eat breakfast.
1) The room clerk sent me to the wrong floor! 2) There was no toilet paper in the room!! 3) The light next to the bed was burned out. The printed TV guide was out-of-date.

Updated, clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast.
When I opened the black out curtains they literally fell from the ceiling, fixtures and all. Very scary.

The breakfasts were good except for the lack of butter on two mornings.
Staff was pleasant.
Pool was great.
The lack of laundry because of a washer problem, and seeing the washing machine in the parking lot being repaired (which was apparently unsuccessful).
The suspension of housekeeping but I do understand this is happening everywhere.
Bathroom shower rod fell down.

Where to start horrible TV super aweful toilet paper.

The friendly and helpful staff. When we had trouble with the television, they came and helped us immediately.
A updated printout for the television stations. What we got off internet did not conform to our room. Once we got the printout for our room things were great.
Would also have liked to been able to extend our stay one night longer without having to check-out and then check back in, but the staff did make it easy for us and we didn't have to change rooms.

It was all clean thru out the building and the staff was willing to help you if you needed something right away!
They didn’t have a vending machine for snacks all I seen was a soda machine next to the ice machine on the first floor, maybe have some snacks available behind the desk for purchase! And our shower water was hot and than it turned cold real fast and went back to hot, maybe wasn’t used much was a handicap room like that the showers are higher up so you don’t have to bend over to wash hair like other hotels!

The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. I had gotten my car stuck in the ditch and did a late check in. They were very understanding.
The room was chilly when I went in there but once I turned the heat up.it was nice. Rooms could use an extra blanket.

room was very nice
the pool was closed. no one told us when we checked in. the hot tub was also closed and has been for a long time. the website does not say these things were closed. we went there to celebrate a birthday and have a swim and hot tub. we had already checked in when we went to look at the pool and hit tub and found them both closed. very disappointing. the breakfast in the morning was poor. all the hot food (eggs etc) was empty at 7am and was not refilled while I was there. no other protein available, only carbs. very disappointing.

Room was fantastic, clean and tidy as expected. Breakfast bar was a nice touch and the waffles were great.
The pool was nice but the hot tub was inoperable and the website never showed that status. I’m not trying to be rude but that’s the reason why I booked my hotel stay there.

breakfast was ok, but the decaf coffee was cold
The coffee should have been HOT. Sticky stuff on the table in the room. I requested a downstairs roomBUT didn't get it . I try not to do steps....The first time we stayed there the lady gave us our requests. I requested this on the initial form.

Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was VERY clean 😊 This hotel is exceptional. Breakfast was very delicious also. What made the biggest impression on me was how clean it was!!!
The fact that we could only spend one night with my Grandsons and then back to work and school!

The young lady who worked the desk was attentive, professional and kind. The next morning, she was also tending the breakfast room while working the front desk. The breakfast was adequate and glass dishes were used. Coffee was delicious. The room was basically clean, but there was dust and dirt in the corners and along the edges in the bathroom. Assuming that is due to staff shortages.
Bathroom needed better sweeping and mopping.
