Clean. Nice decor

The directions for the address took us to an entirely different business/wedding venue about a mile down the road. When we finally figured it out- after MULTIPLE times up and down that road and down the highway- the actual entrance to the property was not easy to find. While there is a small sign at the light there, it is easily missed. And if you miss it- you are right back on the highway with no exit for a while in the opposite direction! It was also disappointing to find that pet owners seem to have made little to no effort to clean up behind their pets. It might help if there were a bag dispenser outside near the pavilion or that side door.

have roaches as of Dec. 2nd 2023!

The lady at the desk was really nice

Roaches. We were in our room for all of 30 minutes and I found 2 live roaches, and an egg sack right on the dresser. Was offered another room, but if one room has bugs, I promise they all do! We checked out IMMEDIATELY. We were also offered for the manager to contact us about a partial refund, no contact has been made with us. Very disappointed!

Don’t be surprised if you don’t get what you booked.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was decent.

We supposedly booked a 699 sq ft king. The room we were given was under 300 sq ft. When we complained, we were told they had another king that she thought was larger. She wouldn’t let me take a look before we moved our stuff. In fact, it was smaller. We just settled for that. No compensation was given

Great hotel, lacking front desk clerks

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The temperature control was modern and effective. Overall it was a very pleasant sleep for the night. The breakfast attendant was so kind and brought out sprinkles for our daughter's waffles. The breakfast has so many options: something for everyone, with an impressive array of condiments.

There was never anyone at the front desk. This is a true disservice to such a lovely hotel. We had several instances during our stay where we waited 20 or more minutes for a front desk clerk. Another older couple had dropped their room key where they couldn't reach it in their car and waited a very long time locked out of their room. This lack of front desk staff led to the lower review.

Very good choice for Cumberland and Rocky Gap

Very nice room and quite clean and quiet. Near the interstate but I couldn't hear it. A close drive to both Cumberland center and Rocky Gap State Park. Good breakfast too. The gas station next door was convenient on my way out of town.

I usually prefer to be in walking distance of restaurants and attractions, but the trade off was worth it for me.

Lovely accommodation good value

Room and clean. Location was close to main through fare, air-conditioning was great, nice breakfast choices

The refrigerator wasn't cold enough, towels were small and rough, only one comfortable chair because the room was a bit small for a king bed and two people, no bathroom vent so mold on the base of shower doors, bathroom faucet very slow

Very noisy and too expensive.

Breakfast was good.

Too expensive, two different machines in work or area did not work, and very noisy. Room was close to elevator and bell had a loud ring that went on all night. The people in the above room and floor were rubbing and jumping during the entire night.
