Staff were very friendly and helpful, facility was clean, breakfast was sufficient, tons of free parking, convenient location.

Cleaning of Room 210. We found a quite of few items under the bedroom. There is a moldy smell. Had to leave the window open. We said something about the volume on TV we were unable to use the TV as we were not able to hear it and unable to figure the volume.
Cleaning. the rooms better.

Everything was good

The check in staff was great, answered all my questions and check in was quick and easy.
The location was good if you can find it, I came in at night, although you could see the hotel the entrance and parking lot was not lighted well, if you do not know where the drive way was you would drive right past it. It is an old motel, and even though they upgraded the rooms, lots of tell tale signs of past neglect. sinks were stained, bathroom floor was spongy. For the price it was a good place to lay your head if you are only passing through.

Good location, quiet, comfortable, breakfast was very good.
Fitness room needs attention, the only treadmill there was out of order.

Each individual room had a beautiful mural of a Nebraska scene in its door. It was lovely, and made it easier to find our room.
All good. Some people may be bothered by the absence of an elevator.

It’s a remodeled older hotel. Looks nice on the outside. Rooms are okay for single night stay.
Some things were out-of-order
Ice machine - big
Orange Juice machine
No carts for check in.
If kids stay free and use the premises and breakfast, why are hotels charging for trained pets who stay in room for duration..
we stopped generous tips to the cleaning folks and expect the hotel management to pay them the pet fee.

DID NOT EAT THERE LOOKED GOOD

I guess the area was okay which was close to our destination.
Upon checking in, my cousin asked if they had a restroom, and the front desk attendant said, "Yes, upon check-in, you have your room". The other front desk lady the next day was rude when answering a question. There was one lady who was decent, an older lady who was working with the housekeeping. Customer Service is key and having someone act rude who is front and center is not acceptable to me.

A nice, clean and safe hotel that perfectly served our purpose on a cross-Iowa trip. The staff changed their breakfast hours to accommodate the many occupants participating in RAGBRAI. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
It served our purpose well. Could use luggage carts.
2.0
Poor air conditioning, bathroom door would not close, coffee was lukewarm and minimal breakfast selection.

They had no breakfast, they did not habe the room that we booked. We wanted a two bed room and only got a 1.bed.room. staff was very rude and did not care about our situation.

Staff was SO friendly and helpful. The lobby, hallways and room were so clean and well kept. Good breakfast and easy to get to and find. It was close to the major attractions and was just a wonderful little place.
Beds weren't out of this world comfortable but what motel bed is?
2.5
Location, easy access from the interstate.
Bathroom layout! In the room we stayed in the plumbing for the toilet was too close to the wall.

Breakfast bar was great and accommodating. The food was also good.
There was nothing that stood out.
