I was the victim of false advertising and misrepresentation and I want a full refund.

Nothing at all

Instead of a "One Bedroom Suite with balcony overlooking the ocean, Vacasa tried to put me in a very small hotel room with no balcony overlooking the parking lot

Was good I was out and about and did not spend much time there.

Location was great. Plenty of parking and access to beach was nearby. 808 Store well stocked with lots of variety for supplies with coffee, snacks, deli items for lunches and light dinners. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room itself was smaller than most hotel or motel rooms. It seemed barely large enough for myself, much less if I were with another person. Not enough chairs, table too small, and what might be considered kitchenette, small and stuffed in the closet. plus not enough kitchenware to feel you could actually dine there (cups, glasses, etc.)

Location was very convenient to activities we arranged. The convenient store was super helpful. Clean.

The fact that our bathroom and toilet were only feet away from the head of our bed. (No privacy). We had no other seats other than the bed to sit on. We kept our window shades shut because people could walk by and look in. We were delayed getting to the island due to an airplane problem and had a hard time getting into the room since we only knew one of the two codes needed to get into the room. It took us at least 30-40 minutes to get the first code.

l'hotel est charmant avec cet acces direct à cette plage et aux alentours comme la crique aux tortues. L'hotel n'était pas bondé

Le wifi ne marchait pas et l'accueil n'est ouvert qu'en journée avant 17h. Un service technique a laissé la porte de notre chambre grande ouverte. le plafond de la chambre était vétuste la ventilo de la clim est bruyant meme quand on ne l'utilise pas

i loved being there again, the 4th time!! hope to be back next year???

i loved everything, did a lot of sightseeing.

the food prices were a bit of a shock, but we found costco, which helped.

loved the property and location for the price; would have been nice for the shop and restaurant to be closed at different times and staggered so one would be open to use while the other was down for construction.

Not resort accommodations. Underwhelmed and disappointed.

A clean place to sleep and shower. Location is beautiful and it is beachfront. Staff is friendly. Accommodates two people who don’t expect a resort experience.

Everything about the room felt dated. Furnishings and bedding were old. Outlets on the side tables worked intermittently. The room was very small, and the bathroom was tiny. Water temperature fluctuated in the shower. No bath robes and the comfort of the bath towels could be improved. Almost no in-room amenities, no hot tub, no room service, and no balcony/view. Lack of privacy because of the transom over the door to the hallway (there was an adjoining room). Vacasa sneakily manages this room at the hotel, so we didn’t get housekeeping service either. Absolutely not worth the money, and would have to loved to know this information before being locked into a non refundable reservation.

Our unit was very dated. Bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated. Things are not working properly ie: bathroom sink, dishwasher.

Beautiful beach but poor accamodations that did not match the advertised description

The advertisement for the rental stated. Spaces: living area, kitchen dining area and the description described all units come with a fully stocked kitchen. The rental was actually a small hotel room with a microwave and a small fridge in the closet

No better than motel 6

Close to beach, lava fields, sunset and grounds.

First of all this is not anything like the pictures on your website. No ocean view no balcony no kitchen. I put ocean view in my filter search. This is a tiny room with no view, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The noise from the wind and the neighbors was constant. The wind sounded like banging on the wall. I called to try to change rooms even if I had to pay more but was told no availability. I felt scammed and cheated on this booking. I would have definitely gone elsewhere if I had known what this actually was. The room is basically a shared room with keypad lock off of what I thought I was getting. It even shared the same entry. We got room 614b. If you book make sure it is an A room.

Maui relaxing!

We were at Maui Hill for 2 weeks then moving to Mana Kai. I check in 4 days earlier to see if we could check in earlier. Talked to nice girl name sandra. She was going to work with housekeeping and see what she could do since Maui Hill giving us a little later check out. On Sat day of move called and must been her day off and talked with I think devine? She was short and said 3:00 no earlier. Sat at resturant for 2 hours called her more time no budge. Mana Kai people great. Kept some of our food cold for us and gave parking spot. I need room # so went up around 2:00 room was done. She just wouldn't let us in till 3. Next time I'll just call direct.
