Location perfect for skiing!
Confusing where to park and which building our condo was in.

Nicely decorated and fitting for the area. Communications for finding the room and parking was very easy.
The sheets on the master bedroom bed were clearly not washed and the bed spread had a gross white stain on it. The bed itself was very used and had a smell to it as did the pillows. By far the worst bed/sheets/pillows I have experienced, and I travel a lot. Luckily, I did find some clean sheets in the closet so after traveling all day I got to remake my bed which was annoying. The bed and pillows should have been replaced years ago. The couch had several stains and smelled. Also, the carpet had several worn spots particularly where the carpets sections meet together.

The location is great right at keystone close to everything. The space was very spacious and comfortable fit my family of 6 just fine in the 3 bedroom townhome . The kitchen was well equipped. lots of seating in the home.
Getting in was a little difficult. there was another code to enter a building. The was code provided through a very long text message that we needed to slowly go through. It wasn't sent in email or app. We had to spend a little time to figure out how to get in. If they formatted message better that would've helped. Instead i got a text message on my iphone pro max that had no spacing and was 5 scrolls long.
I left my apple air tag when we checked out. I asked the management company to see if they can take a look. I was told they wanted to charge $25 and if they find it we would have to pay for the shipping. I don't mind paying for the shipping but if I forgot something and have to pay an extra $25 to have someone look for it kind of poor service. I rented the place for a week and we never asked or requested anything. To make one request and get charged is a bit ridiculous. If I lost something in a proper hotel I would never be charged.
The master bathroom smelled foul all the time. not sure what going on there. Its nicely done but seem to always have a off smell that leads in to the bedroom if the door wasn't closed.
Finally the grey blankets in the master bedroom had white spots on it. but the sheets and everything else seemed very clean.
I did rate it 5 stars for cleanliness originally. But once I saw the stains on the blanket and noticed the bad smell I changed the cleanliness rating.

We enjoyed the garage parking and how close it was to the slopes. This made it extremely easy to be on time for our ski school group lessons.
Amazing view of the mountain ......
We all had an amazing time

Location. Balcony view.
Extreme discomfort. Bed is the most uncomfortable. Mattress is lumpy and caves in and bed is creaky. Some appliances did not work at time of check in. Though the staff came to address the issues in a timely and friendly manner the fix to the dishwasher that was falling out of it's bracket was ineffective because the next wash it came apart again. The HOA was having condo balconies painted and stained and we were not informed of this in advance. The last three days there were workers on our balcony in the afternoon making it unusable. We left a day early as a result.

Location is beautiful and it is a short walk to the lifts.
Unfortunately hot tubs not open due to Covid.

The location was perfect in sight of ski slopes and convenient to other towns in the area. There were sleds available if desired.
The mattress in the master bedroom sunk when we laid on it. Though the left over spices was nice, some of them were old and needed to be tossed.
