Breakfast was Ok
Coffee was great!
Some things in room needed fixing , stopper in sink , we wear contacts and need to be able to close it but wasn’t connected so couldn’t open and close.
Some outlets didn’t work.

Great location with plenty of restaurant options close by. UT Tyler is within 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped.
The carpet in all of the common areas and halls are very dirty and stained. The pool had not been maintained and was very dirty - leaves and trash in the pool. Breakfast was so so.

Was on top floor & AC/Heat units were on top of the building keeping me awake all night. They would go off & on all night!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Beauty hotel suite!
I wish there was a door to separate the bathroom/sink area from the king bedroom suite.

The king bed 🛌
Didn't like anything about the place!
We have stayed in dozens of Homewood Suites over the years and this was the awfulest one ever!!
The room was small , everything , including the bed, kitchen, and living room was all in one cramped room !
The shower was stained and filthy , we didn't dare take showers in it!!
The carpet in the so called room was extremely filthy 😳!!
And the carpet in the hallway was even more so!
They need to close it down and give it a good cleaning and makeover!
I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted! I can't express strongly enough my disappointment . 😪
And then there's the fact that we paid $155/per night to stay in this filthy place! Oh, and breakfast was a joke too, flat leathery eggs with a long black hair laying across them ! Mine is gray!!

Not enough luggage carts

I appreciate that the hotel is located on the loop, so it's not very far to get anywhere. There were quite a few places that I wanted to go in Tyler, and all of them were somewhat close to the loop so it was really nice to be able to hop on the loop and get to where I needed to go.
The rooms were very very nice, but maybe the hallway floor should be cleaned? I assume that they are vacuumed and swept as needed, but they could really use a deep cleaning. I'm not sure if you guys are in the middle of remodeling, but the floor in the hallway on the third floor definitely needs some TLC.

Nice building , clean.
First night found ants in the bathroom.
Never got any relief from the ants.
Breakfast was 👎. Cold greasy. No bread and water down apple juice.
Reception did nothing for us.Sure wasn't worth the 300 + I paid.
Never again!!!!!!!!
