I was upgraded to a king bed which was a wonderful surprise. The room was beautiful and cozy. Loved the decor and style. They had a sound machine playing chirping birds when I walked in which set a lovely ambiance to the room. The cocktail lounge/ restaurant was great! There was a live pianist which set the mood. The bartenders were friendly and welcoming and the cocktails were unique and delicious. I lived in Fort Collins for many years and was back visiting. I decided to treat myself to the well known Armstrong Hotel and I'm extremely glad I did. I would definitely stay here again!
Nothing.

The hotel was okay. However, the room was tiny. Location was good, staff was helpful, but again, I've been in larger phone booths.
Ridiculously small room.

Parking was terrible and $20. Room was dirty. Bathroom was very small. Very noisy. Tv did not work. The clerk was very nice and did try to come and fix it.

We stayed here because they allow dogs and are close to CSU vet hospital where our pup had an appointment. The staff was soooo friendly, they upgraded us to a larger room for free. Plenty of room for my daughter and I plus our saint bernard. Their nespresso machine in our room was soooooo good! So good that now I want to buy one for home! The veiw of the pretty lit trees was very pretty and cozy! Their bed pillows are the softest I've slept on EVER!!!! All around super happy with our stay and will be coming back next month for our pups surgery!

Beautiful hip boutique hotel. With a great happy hour and a full restaurant and bar in a great location
Our room was a little warm and we could not turn down the heat. Other than that it was wonderful

great location to downtown very quaint boutique hotel
if anything it was a little loud facing the street, but they did provide a noise machine and ear plugs, nothing they can do about traffic

The front desk staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms were well appointed and an adequate size. As it’s an older building, the space was used well. The lobby was very comfortable - we played games for an hour and had fun 😊
We stayed Mon-Tues .. exactly when dining facilities were closed. Would have loved some of that slow drip coffee!

Lovely boutique hotel with great attention to detail and lovely staff. The attached breakfast and brunch place is fantastic too.
Little bit noisy outside on a Friday night - but it’s a college town.

Fabulous Boutique hotel right on the main strip, parking was an additional $18 but convenient and easy to find. The drinks in the lobby were delicious and the lower level lounge should be checked out. Friendly staff, nicely appointed comfortable beds.
If yo are sensitive to noise it can be a bit loud on the main strip, they offer sounds machines and earplugs but it did not bother me during my stay
