Location of the hotel is very good and not far from the Clinton station. Area felt generally safe with enough restaurants and people about for an evening checkin. The hotel staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Room with a view of the city was very nice - the large window wall was a little scary but offered a great view of the thunderstroms rolling in over the city at night. Bathroom was clean, comfortable, well stocked. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and good with a selction of hot items. The seating area is spacious allowing for people to spread out. Would stay here again.
The price was a little steep, but comparable to other establishments in the city. If you want to stay in the loop area, you're going to have to pay a higher price. BUT, that said, I was pleased that everything was in EXCELLENT condition and made me feel less guilty about spending the money.

The lady at the front desk helped us get a taxi and saved us from being late.
We rented a car only to find out later that the hotel charges $58.00 a night to park. Then we were advised that we should not move our vehicle because the parking space was not reserved, and our car would have nowhere to park. Increase the nightly rate to include a set parking space.

Clean, modern and welcoming.
No negatives to note.

Cleanliness, good breakfast, very large room and bathroom, friendly staff, black out blinds in the room. West loop location was excellent for a wedding I was attending. Close to many restaurants on Randolph st.
20 minutes to MDW airport in light traffic.
Mattress a little too soft for my taste but ok.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. I was given free water at the lobby and a pack and play with extra blankets for my baby. Checking in and out was very easy. I loved the body wash and lotion in the bathroom.
I wish the room were quieter from outside noise and neighboring room noise. Also there were only pork meat options at the breakfast buffet.

Nothing we did not like.

Amabilidad y predisposición del personal, ubicación del hotel, comodidad y limpieza de la habitación.
El COVID no puede usarse como excusa para ahorrarse el servicio de limpieza diario.

Really enjoyed breakfast; it was a good variety and had different items each morning. The pool looked nice, although we did not swim; there was an outdoor terrace that also was inviting. Room was clean, we had skyline view (paid extra) but it was nice. Daily housekeeping which is such a novelty these days. Nice big bathroom and shower; refrigerator in room. No real complaints about the room. We were able to walk to the Magnificent Mile and the Bean but it was a decent walk, honestly probably a couple of miles when we were all said and done. We ended up using Lyft to come back to room and used the bus system to get us from the MM to Navy Pier; not that is not walkable but we were tired of walking by the end of the day. There are restaurants within walking distance as well, but again a few blocks away. Also, for whatever reason, things closed early on Saturday evening; when we returned to our room (11pm) we had difficulty obtaining something for dinner and had to resort to ordering pizza, yet on Friday night the restaurants were open till 1-2 am. That is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but just be advised that given its location, this is the experience we had.
Our biggest complaint is the parking; it says, 'parking on site' and we knew there was a charge ($58) per night, however the parking garage is not independent to the hotel; it is just a public garage that anyone can use, so when we got there approx. 915pm Friday night, there were maybe 3 spots available. HOWEVER, it should be noted that if you have an SUV or large vehicle, it is very tight to get parked. We damaged our car by busting out our tail-light simply trying to get secured in the parking spot. (We heard another car do the same thing). Also, the garage is only 3 levels but you don't know that until you reach the 3rd level and then are stuck trying to get turned around. We finally were able to secure a spot only after someone left and told us about it; suffice it to say that we parked and never used our car again until check out. We used Lyft transportation to get where we needed to go. I know that is to be expected in a big city but the info on the garage needs to be clearer.

I liked the room and the view from the room
Front desk staff. I asked if they had a different type of water than the water offered in the fridge. She told me no, and proceeded to pull out a different brand of water in front of my face after I asked. Very rude

I loved the breakfast. Those waffles were outstanding. Great breakfast. Bed was huge & clean room.
The room was VERY dry. It was very uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable & made a lot of noise if you moved a tad. The staff wasn't welcoming on arrival.
