Loved all of the amenities!
Room was a little worn, but overall very clean! We stayed cliffside.

Beautiful mountain setting nestled inside the San Isabel National Forest. Hot pool selection provided two family pools and river option, plus an adults-only venue with 3 small side pools offering extra hot, medium hot, mild temps in addition to a large common pool. Also - for an extra charge - a water slide and two more water pools for family guests. Resort provided complimentary bikes to guests and a small convenience store for grab-n-go food & travel sundries.
Upper cabins did not have a functioning wi-fi for internet connections. Large pools did not have any perimeter seating other than the steps into/out of the water. Pricing at the restaurant was excessive and not affordable for most families of modest means.

Not enough Employees at the Check in Desk.
Dinner was really good ,altho a tad pricey.
Liked having an Adults Only Pool, with a convenient Bar.
Our Room and Bathroom were too small. No Table in the Room. Room could have been cleaner. Shower didn't have enough water pressure.
A/C Unit was way too noisy.
4.3
Location. Clean and spacious room. Upper pool and adult only pool
Hours of upper pool closing at 5pm seems early especially in the summer. The other bathhouse pool usually has two pools open and only one was working the first three days

Amazing views at Hotsprings pools. Good restaurants.
Cabin needed some plumbing issues fixed first day we arrived. Staff was very attentive to get this problem fixed for us.
4.3
Beautiful views. Lots of great soaking options. The cabin was wonderful.
The property could have done a better job of being wheelchair friendly.
If the cabin had a a bar in the bathroom near the toilet and one in the shower that would have been amazing:
The cabin could have also had a portable ramp available.
When we arrived there were no Linens for the pull out couch.

Nice space and kitchenette was perfect! Accessibility was great!
Curtain broken so sun came into the room every morning and couldn’t fix it.

Locatie

Rooms are always clean and comfortable.
The Wi-Fi is lousy and could not support working remotely. Additionally the cell service is lacking. Love the hot springs but it would be nice if there was a limit on day pass guests to allow parking for guests and maybe keep the infinity pool for guests with kids.
4.3
The resort is great. The hot springs has several pools with ranging temperature levels, plus access to the natural hot springs by going down to the river that runs through the property. There is also a sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool. They serve drinks and small snacks in the hot springs area for extra charge if you desire. We stayed in a double queen cliffside room. It wasn’t the newest but had everything you needed including a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The main lodge has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They even rent out snow shoes and bikes! We rented snow shoes for the day and it was awesome. We had a wonderful stay!
The room was a little outdated. The mattresses could use an update and the floor could be vacuumed.

Clean and friendly staff
Wish the carpet in the room would be updated. Looks old.
4.3
The hot springs were great. The food at the restaurant was good but expensive.
It was a bit worn and the walls of the Cliffside rooms were thin. It was sprawling so we needed to drive everywhere. WiFi was awful.

We had another wonderful stay at the hot springs! This time for a wedding near by. Everyone enjoyed the springs, cabin, beautiful fall colors! We had some great food and martinis at the bar and had the nicest bartender.
Seems like almost every time we go the steam saunas are not working. We love that perk and it would be nice if they also had the eucalyptus spray available when they are in working order.
4.3
Just absolutely stunning
Kind of a strange lay out but you can’t change nature
4.3
The location is wonderful for a peaceful remote retreat. The spa and hot pools is perfect especially for hotel guests. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the restaurant as well.
The Hillside rooms have very thin walls so we were awakened early just by the guests next door talking. The walls should be insulated to prevent this privacy issue.
4.3
Loved the amenities and the gorgeous landscape.
The room was cute but felt more like a mid star hotel vs a resort. The view was great. The bed was very uncomfortable and the linens felt cheap like paper towels.
4.3
So very clean!!! Loved the views all around us. The hot spring selections were awesome.
Nothing really!
4.3
The location and all the new pools to choose from.
A call back either way to let me know if two jackets I forgot in the closet were found.

the food was great, it was little pricie.
the coffe in the room was not to our liking.

Pool
Expensive
4.3
No floor mats or coat rack near the entry or a table nook for the creekside which I expected seeing as it had a kitchenette.
No full size towels on the 1st day of our stay for the pools
Relaxation pool was down and wasn't given a notice that the infinity pool would be open to guest to accommodate for the pools closer until after we where headed home.

Steaks are good from restaurant, a bit pricy but very good.
Furniture in cabin was run down, lamp was broke. Bed could be better

Rooms are lovely and brand new! The hot springs are an amazing mix of natural and man made - best of both worlds. The food is DELICIOUS at the main restaurant. It was the perfect 2 days of soaking/relaxing and snowshoe-ing nearby trails after a week of snowboarding.
My travel companion, Haha. Everything else was incredible.
