I did not even sleep at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel and waiting an additional 30 minutes after check-in time there was no room clean and available. The manager Marsha was very rude and disrespectful about not having room ready. This booking had been made for 2weeks. This experience was dreadful..... If these are the type of places that you offer on your website, I would never use the site again.

I cannot believe booking.com would advertise such a horrible hotel. The room smelled awful! The refrigerator was dirty, the toilet ran all night; dead roach beetles were found in the bathroom floor. The bathroom tile on the floor was missing and the carpet was stained and coming up. The cabinets were off and precious guest had written all over it. What makes it worse, as we were packing up to leave, two brown roaches were crawling in the ceiling in the room. This studio hotel needs serious renovations.

Clean and good for the price

Very clean room, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Very nice sized refrigerator and a good amount of cabinet space to put any groceries you bring. Television had a very good selection of channels. The WiFi was great, I had no issues connecting to it and it worked well.

It would be nice if they had rooms with 2 beds in them.

The location was about the best thing about it. It is just minutes from anything you want or need.

The beds were the worst thing about the stay I woke up hurting and sore every morning it was not a good thing at all.

Arrived at 5:00 on the day that I booked a month in advance and was told they would try and find me a room because they was full of construction workers renting rooms. We had a desk lamp for light, the 4 ceiling lights did not work. There was still hair on the sink from previous tenant. Floor was dirty and wasn’t vacuumed. There was no shampoo in shower. Got up next morning to load luggage and key card didn’t work to get back in building and no one in office to help. Had to peck on my window to get wife to let me back in.

The wifi didn't work most of the time and I could only connect one device but I needed my laptops for work

The absolute worst night in a hotel in my life.

I had no breakfast. It was evening.

We literally asked for two rooms with two beds and we got one room with one bed. I slept on the floor. The bathrooms were barebones and the fridge had mold on it. I asked for hotel service to explain why I didn’t have two rooms as I sat on the line and customer service disappeared. This is an absolutely disgusting hotel.
