The customer service was greatly appreciated and I had no complaints.

Location is very convenient and more the staff was very polite
The cleanliness!!! When I arrived and checked in the bathroom floor was flooded. Had too be switched out that room was small I thought that I would be getting a room with a sofa bed, which did not come with that. It was just two seats and the bed I tried to cook which is an electric stove top The burners was extremely greasy and smoked up the room (105) I went out and brought cleaning supplies to freshen up my room try to get a dustpan and broom with mop no workers were at the front desk by time I got back to my room later on that night so I used the towels which were stained previously to wash the walls and mop the floors and clean the stove..even swept up the lobby while waiting for new towels and washcloths. The caulking around the toilet is moldy and the nuts on the toilet that supposed to hold the toilet down to the ground they weren’t on the toilet screws was rusted out. They had no stoppers to stop the water in the sink nor the bathtub toilet moved. Every time you sat on it by far the worst hotel I stayed in ever.

Nothing this place is the ghetto eat place I’ve ever stayed . They had people out in parking lots fighting and others out in parking lot just getting drunk
The rooms are not clean . Walls dirty , blinds dusty and beds feel like you can feel the spring in mattress

The Manager Gary Noble was very rude and unprofessional the staff was rude the housekeeper was going through my belongings room was not clean nor serviced the whole time. The desk was suppose to be 24hours but at 12am the gate was down and no one was there to service you. This place needs better management and staff

The location was the only good they being that I’m a student at Georgia Southern. I was only here until my apartment gets ready.
Apparently I was given the last room and this room had not been cleaned from previous stay if any. The appearance is screaming remodel.

It was a good stay for the time i was there. Although it was a little noisy due to the couple across the hall. Otherwise the staff was very kind and helpful to me. I also appreciate the staff getting a better room when the one offered wasn't cleaned. Thank you
The halls were dirty and the first room offered was Dirty!! The 2nd room was also dirty yet i ended up cleaning it up with my own cleaning supplies and i also put my own bed sheets and used my own towels.

Bigger bed, more comfortable bed( felt like sleeping on a box spring) more pillows, carpet on floor.

The fact that everything smelled like bleach made me comfortable that the sheets were at least clean.
The for in the bathroom had residue from some sort of spill. The floor for the kitchenette and sleeping area was greasy feeling. There were no cups, no coffee maker or coffee. No ice. And anyone could enter the building building past the check-in area because they haven't fixed the door to only grant access to card holders.

The location was good! This hotel is near downtown Savannah!
The water for the shower was hot and the shower was clean!
Parking for the location was good! The parking lot is very open and there is plenty of room to park! And parking is free!
When I checking in the hotel, the receptionist asked me to check the room first to see if I wanted to stay. The smell was horrible in the hallway! They need to remove the carpet. The room was very dated-upgrades are needed! The kitchen area is nasty and the beds are terrible!

I got to look before I checked in.
The place is awful. Place is more like a detention center than a hotel. broken plexiglass. Staff know how bad it is and let me look at 2 rooms before I checked in. Broken stove, dirty refrigerator, broken door facings, poor locking systems. The locked entry was propped open with a wet floor sign. Just awful.
