It is the perfect location. Right on the strip. Close enough to everything but just far enough away to have a relaxing time. Beach in literal walking distance. Just step outside and it’s Always quiet at the villas. And it’s dog friendly!!!!!
Villa 30 is an amazing room. However the master bedroom is street facing so no beach view in bed. And although it is normally quiet, it was on a weekend and the people staying at the rental across the road were EXTREMELY loud. And there was someone every morning at like 6 or 7am that would park right under our window and blast their music. Not sure I slept well the entire time I was there. So although I loved the room I’m not sure I would stay in villa 30 again

It is outdated on the inside but still very accommodating.

Loved the location. The beach was amazing. Pool was clean but cold 🥶 but my 11yr old Son didn't mind. We enjoyed our Spring break. Thank you for having us.

We enjoyed the view the most!
We arrived to the property and it wasn’t clean. The Toilet was most definitely not cleaned and the sheets were questionable. Our room had a fridge and a microwave, but not a sink. We had to go to the bathroom to clean the dishes and the facet wasn’t tall enough to even do that well. We decided to change the sheets, but the extra sheets for the bed didn’t even fit the bed.

The location was awesome, facing the Gulf as the pictures show. The pool was directly outside our Villa door and was clean and warm. There was plenty of things to do and places to eat within 15- 20 minutes of the property.
I believe this property has some real potential, but they definitely need some upgrades/improvements. You could tell that the unit we stayed in was not as clean as I would have expected.
Walking in your bare feet, you could tell the floor had not been swept.
There was no toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom (see photo), no hooks anywhere to hang stuff such as wet beach towels, jackets, etc and only 2 warped plastic hangers in the bedroom.
When I went to take a shower, the water was draining very slow. Come to find out there was a huge gob of hair with black slime in the drain. This was also the case with the bathroom sink, so I went out and bought some bleach cleaner because let's face it, this was just gross. Also, the bathroom fan was super loud and sounded like a diesel engine.
The first morning we tried to make coffee, the water went straight through the coffee machine all over the counter (the office did replace the coffee machine when I took the broken one over to them).
The instructions on the kitchen table said to put your dirty towels in the provided bag and sit them outside your door and they would be exchanged with clean ones. We went out for the day and when we returned, our dirty towels were still outside our door. When I went to the office, they explained they did not have the staff that day to do the linen exchange, but took my dirty towels and gave me clean ones.
On one of days we had a thunderstorm, so we were just going to stay in and watch some TV, but there were 4 remotes with no instructions and it took me a while to figure out that I needed to use the WiFi password. The TV selections were super basic, so I recommend you bring your streaming passwords if you want to watch TV.
The wicker chairs at the kitchen table were very uncomfortable and we ended up using some pop up aluminum chairs we had brought.
Very limited parking and no luggage carts of any kind, so be prepared to carry what you bring.

I loved everything. It's out of the craziness of the strip and so quite and not crowded. Will definitely be back 🥰🥰

The location was perfect, the best beach in pcb, and the most awesome sunsets and moon rise from this location. The place was needing a facelift, but was very clean. Check in and check out was a breeze, and even tho I didn't meet her, I think Liz is an angel. The best trip to pcb of all.
Only minor things but no big problem, like the canopener wouldn't open a can, and the kitchen knives weren't sharp. Nothing to complain about. It was great!

Location was good.
Old and needs updating. Unit has an unpleasant smell. Entry door needs to be changed out to a more solid sturdy door. Deadbolt worked but without it, it could be opened with a pocket knife.
Got chased by the biggest cockroach I've ever seen.
Would not recommend!

The staff members were exceptional. They were very polite hard working employees. Asking my family if there anything we need when ever they saw us.
The facility needs some updating. There was some banging of the water pipes when showering. There was no stoppers in the tub or the sink.

Old time charm without ALL the people. The private uncrowded beach.
Dated. Facility needs a good paint job and some repairs
