My room 319 was huge and temperature was perfect when we arrived! The room was clean!! Breakfast was good we enjoyed the turkey sausage option because we do not eat any pork products. Thanks 🙏 The workers were super friendly!

The property was clean. The room smelled fresh. Coffee and tea were available at all times in the lobby. The staff members at the front desk were attentive and pleasant. We felt safe lodging at this hotel; the surrounding area is great with gas stations, restaurants, and a huge mall.
The breakfast foods were a bit salty for my taste, especially the Western omelette and apple sausage patties.
I reserved three rooms for a girls’ getaway and it was made under one reservation. The website says $250 for incidentals. I was under the impression that since the rooms were under one reservation that I would be charged for $250. I was charged $150 per room. I should have been informed prior to my visit.
The hotel’s website states that there would be a complimentary 5-mile shuttle bus for guests. The desk clerk informed me that there used to be a shuttle before COVID-19. Incorrect information puts a bad taste in the mouths of those expecting whatever the site states.

Could not use the pool without a staff member supervising. Awkward. No spa/hot tub in pool area. Machines in gym broken. Strange odor in room musky/chemical smell. Bathroom sliding door did not close. Given the handicap accessible room (not needed) that had a sliding door without latch or lock to close. Had to use string tie to close for privacy.

the breakfast food and time were great essentially for someone traveling with small
children. the facility was always clean
there were two issues with water pressure. the first happened during a morning shower, the water just started midway and after a few minutes started again. very odd. the second was with the toilet. there was a point that the toilet tank didn’t not fill up which meant I couldn’t flush the toilet.

Location is good, this was second time i visited.
They have changed their procedures. If u are member than only you can have complimentary water in room, (if people are not from same country how can they expect them to be member), we asked for daily room service at time of checkin but 1st day no one came, next day we need to request, attitude for staff at counter is way to different. This was last stay for me at this property.

I liked the room and the location.
The shower took a while to figure out: It looked like the plumbing was installed by a 12 year old caveman. There was no pamphlet about local restaurants or delivery options!

I love the property, good location, up-to-date, and no problems.
The only problem I had with the property is that I have a bug phobia and they had these moth/butterfly looking things that freaked me out, but I think it was just the area that the hotels in the whole city was like that.

Tub was slippery; no rubber mat was available. Bathroom door design barely provided privacy. No ventilation in bathroom.

Pool closed, one workout machine broken, breakfast convenient and good selwction but bacon like jerky--very tough and dry (air fryer?), very few supplies in room. No Bible, pen/paper, HBO guide, restaurant or local services guide. Promised maid service second dat bur never received. Luggage carts need something solid on base so items don't fall through.

I chose this hotel because it had EV chargers, and the chargers worked! Breakfast was great, too. The room was clean and well appointed, staff were nice, and check-in/check-out was easy.
1) Need for better lighting near EV charger parking spaces--it was so dark I had trouble getting the QR code to register on my phone (which means it's too dark to feel safe as a woman traveling solo, and 2) someone three doors down was smoking very pungent weed, you could definitely smell the smoke in the elevator lobby--tobacco or cannabis, no smoking indoors!

This was well located off the road.
This is NOT a hotel but rather a kennel as dogs were barking all night in rooms keeping my family up all night.

Given a room with 2 queen beds instead of a king. Bed linens were skimpy and limp. Filling
kept coming out of duvet. Mattress was not as comfortable as the one we had on our previous stay (6/5 - 7/1 2022).

The location for our trip was good.
The fire alarm went off three times during the night. The response to the problem seemed to be questionable. It was supposedly a broken water line that caused the problem. But if so, why would the alarm go off three times at well spaced intervals up to about 12:30 am? We checked out a day early and I would like a refund for the third night we had booked. However, I am getting caught between Booking.com and the hotel. Each says they can't do anything because it is the other organizations responsibility. Bottom line, be careful who you book with when booking accomodations.
